Gate Valves

Everest - Slide Gate / Guillotine Valves

Three styles of seat arrangement are available depending on the leakage specs requested by our customer. Slide gate guillotine valves are used on low pressure flue gas or airflow service as a block off valve. These valves are available in bonneted or bonnetless design. Guillotine valves are manufactured with a single or double seat arrangement to 1450 F temperature and 5 PSI pressure.

Everest - Knife Gate Valves

Knife Gate Valves provide positive, non-clogging shut off in paper pulp, slurry and suspended solid service. Generally, Knife gate vales are used for one direction or uni direction flow. Knife gate valves are both bonnetless and bonneted designs meet desired service needs. Our vales are manufactured for the service above as well as catalyst laden high temperature hydrocarbon flow.

Everest - Heavy Duty Dampers

 Everest manufactures heavy duty dampers to control or shut off process gas, air, flu gas, or liquids at low pressure. Butterfly dampers provide excellent efficiency and freedom from in many chemical and petro chemical, heat recovery, pollution control and water treatment application. 



Everest - High Performance Butterfly Valves

 Our high performance Butterfly Valves as standard the use of Laminated Disc Seals for extra tight shut off and long cycle life. We use Teflon, Gylon, Grafoil and Kel-F disc laminations and packing as standard or Will supply materials to customer requirements. The stuffing box is extra deep for double sets of packing with a lantern ring separation. A leak off point is provided in the packing aea. Oversized valve shafts with internal and external bearings are standard. Valve trim is equal or beter than body alloy, Stellite or ultimate hard facing is available.
