Everfilt - Skid-Mounted Sand Media Filters
Everfilt® SK-SM-Series Skid-Mounted Sand Media Filters are our standard SM-Series Sand Media Filters, with the addition of a carbon steel skid (mounting platform for filtration system). The skid-mounted water filtration system creates a platform that allows for easy maneuverability for permanent and mobile applications. Everfilt’s SK-SM-Series Skid-Mounted Water Filtration System, includes a fabricated backwash manifold, stainless steel sight glass and air/vac relief valve.
Everfilt - Carbon Steel Sand Media Filters
Carbon steel sand media filters. Standard AG media filters available in multiple sizes and configurations. Stainless steel sand media filters available (see SSM-Series). Everfilt® SM-Series Sand Media Filters have butt-welded tank jackets and a rounded dome shape for its tank top and bottom, so that filter operation will be effective even at higher operating pressures or differentials. Everfilt® pioneered the design of the radial hub - carbon steel underdrain — and many manufacturers have since followed our lead. Everfilt’s carbon steel underdrain is hydraulically balanced to ensure efficient collection of filtered water.
Everfilt® - Sand Media Filters & Multi-Media Filters
Sand media filters are used to remove suspended solids from water and wastewater. Because they have one layer of filter media, sand media filters remove only relatively large solids (normally in the range of 40 micron and larger). The effective size of each granule of sand typically varies from 0.35mm – 1.2mm. Larger granules yield coarser filtration. Finer granules yield finer filtration.

A-Series Activated Carbon Media Filtration Systems utilize GAC Granular Activated Carbon as its source for media filtration, layered of a gravel base covering and protecting the 304SS stainless steel wedge wire underdrains. With a 125 PSI MAX rating and a 400 PSI burst strength, the SMS-Series Screen Filters are ready to outperform.
Everfilt® - Pressure Screen Filter
STAK-Series "Stacked" Screen Filter units are designed to deliver high-volume, automatic filtration in a compact package. Suitable for both organic and inorganic solids removal. Solids removal is accomplished by an all-welded stainless steel single unit, made of 304SS stainless steel or 316SS wedge wire. With a collapse strength of 125 PSI and a burst strength of 400 PSI, the cartridges are immune to blowouts, collapse, rupture or tearing that is common from woven or perforated screens. Available in 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 mesh sizes.
