The Evolve welding helmet has been designed with the user in mind. It provides excellent protection and comfort for professional welders. Evolve Base has a traditional welding filter. Evolve is shaped to deflect flying sparks, and the 150-mm-wide grinding visor offers a great field of vision when no darkening is required. The filter holder can be moved away onto the top of the helmet for added comfort. As an advantage over conventional opening mechanisms, this optimises the centre of gravity, increases the field of view and reduces the amount of space required by the helmet.

The Evermatic welding helmet is designed for professional use in demanding environments. The helmet provides excellent UV and spark protection for the face, neck and ears. Durable, but lightweight and elastic, it reduces neck strain. The filter holder features a “peeking position”, so the helmet does not need to be raised to check the weld. This speeds up work and makes nodding movements unnecessary. The design of the front of the helmet reduces the build-up of carbon dioxide inside.

The helmet is made of fire-rated polypropylene for excellent protection against welding sparks and spatter, and it also off­ers good UV protection for the eyes. Evermatic is a fixed-shade auto-darkening helmet. At the strike of an arc it darkens automatically to EN 10 or EN11, depending on the model. Evermatic is excellent for repair and maintenance work, often performed using the SMAW or MIG/MAG technique. The Evermatic auto-darkening helmet can be combined with a PAPR, hard hat or hearing protectors.

Evermatic Air is a lightweight welding helmet with respiratory protection for professional use. The helmet comes fully assembled, complete with fabric covers and an air duct. Positive pressure maintained inside the helmet prevents harmful particles from entering the breathing zone. The helmet protects the wearer against particulates, such as solid and liquid aerosols, welding fumes, and dust. Evermatic Air is based on the Evermatic welding helmet. It can be combined with hearing protectors.

Maskilo Air is a versatile welding helmet with respiratory protection. Positive pressure maintained inside the helmet eff­ectively prevents harmful particles from entering the breathing zone. The helmet protects the wearer against particulates such as solid and liquid aerosols, welding fumes, and dust. Maskilo M10 Air comes fully assembled, complete with an air duct and seal kit. The assembly is lightweight and durable. Maskilo M10 Air is based on the Maskilo welding helmet. The helmet can be combined with hearing protectors.

The PAPR unit Basic provides the efficient protection in the environments with hazardous particles in the form of solid and liquid aerosols (such as dust, smoke, fumes and fibers). It is equipped with a Li-Ion battery, electronic control of constant airflow and advanced system for warning the wearer in case of a low airflow. The airflow is individually adjustable (from 170 lpm up to 240 lpm) and can be easily set by just one button. All the relevant information is clearly visible due to the newly designed LED control panel.
