Our Professional Services Team will be present on-site to engage with construction engineers or with the end-customer at their own production site. Our team of experienced engineers readily apply their problem-solving skills and determination to finalise your projects successfully, and on time. EVK Professional Services Team has vast knowledge of sensors, optics and electronics; and a high level of competence in machine construction and electrical installations. The team also has extensive industrial application experience in food, recycling, mining, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This experience and knowledge combination is an important asset to our customers.

EVK Professional basic services such as on-site maintenance and remote maintenance as well as commissioning. In addition to assistance during system installation and integration, EVK Professional Team offers service and maintenance of machines commissioned through our partners and clients. Planned maintenance (pro-active) or rapid-response maintenance calls to any location worldwide is a key service we provide.

In order to ensure the optimal functioning of our systems and to have the necessary resources at hand for the differentiated tasks on site, in consultation with the customer and, if desired, all necessary components can be accessed directly via remote maintenance.
