EVOPIPES manufactures the RIGID MULTI PP line of sewage pipes, a versatile component of gravity sewer network systems. These pipes, featuring a smooth-wall design and friction welded sockets, are crafted with advanced three-layer technology. The external and internal layers are constructed from high flexural modulus polypropylene, providing strength and durability, while the intermediate layer consists of structured polypropylene to enhance flexibility. Available in various diameters from DN/OD 110 to 400 mm, the pipes are designed to withstand harsh conditions including temperatures as low as -10°C and a wide pH range from acidic to alkaline environments. Their longevity exceeds 100 years, making them suitable for a diverse range of applications from residential rainwater collection to industrial sewage systems. The pipes meet EN 13476-2 standards, featuring a reddish-brown exterior and a white interior for easy CCTV inspection, and include an integrated sealing ring tested for oil resistance.

The EVODRAIN FLEX is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) flexible drainage pipe designed for efficient water management in various applications, such as agriculture, forestry, and construction. Compliant with DIN 4262-1, these double-wall (R2 type) pipes feature a corrugated external surface for durability and a smooth internal surface for optimal flow. Suitable for use in situations where groundwater levels necessitate enhanced drainage solutions, EVODRAIN FLEX pipes are ideal for field drainage, construction sites, parks, roads, and landfills. The pipes come in diameters of DN/OD 63 to 160 mm and have load ratings of SN4 or SN8 [kN/m²]. Each coil includes a double sleeve for easy connection, with optional oil-resistant sealing rings available to ensure a hermetic seal under pressure. The blue outer and black inner surfaces meet the technical standards required for effective and long-lasting drainage systems.
