Submersible Pumps

Submersible pumps of FP4 series are of new design, very solid and compact, easy to maintain. The supports, stainless steel AISI 304, obtained with wax casting process, ensure great robustness and reliability of the product. The new design of independent floating impeller, patented, guarantees a low axial load on the motor. The new materials used in the construction, certified for use in drinking water, allow the pump to run even dry without deteriorate.

Submersible Pumps

The FEX5 submersible pumps series are designed to work in tanks or open wells or 5” borehole or bigger. The main feature is the hydraulic part is under the motor, to reduce the minimum pumping level and to cool better the motor in the tanks. The hydraulic part is traditional, with fixed plastic impellers and diffusers. The motor is Asynchrounous cooled by pumped liquid. As standard a double mechanical seal is installed with an interposed oil chamber between them, it allow the pump to live longer in bad condition. All the inside components are made in plastic or Stainless steel 304/304L, there are no cast iron parts inside.

Submersible Pumps

Designed for 6” wells, submersible pump of AP6 series is made of solid and sturdy construction and it’s easy to maintain. Bottom and top casing are generated from micro-casting steel AISI 304. Top casing is 3” threaded and the non-return valve is incorporated. As standard, up to 7.5Hp power the pump is supplied for connection to the 4″ motor (NEMA), from 10Hp to the motor 6″. To solve problems due to great pressures (40 bar), the single pump becomes a group of pumps in series (abbreviation SD).

FX submersible pumps series (for wells of a nominal diameter of 6″ – 8″ – 10″ – 12″) are cast iron made, of mixed-flow type. FX series have only one type of diffuser for each diameter. This allows easy management of disassembled pumps and spare parts. They also have the peculiarity of an hexagonal shaft type, for easy maintenance. The bushes are rubber made, coupled with thick chromed sleeves for a continuous operating in hard conditions, particularly suited to strong presence of sand. The service can be continuous. The impeller wear rings are rubber made (6” and 8”) or bronze made (10” and 12”).

Submersible motors of series FMO4 are asynchronous type, 2-pole with squirrel cage rotor, in oil bath, rewindable. They are very sturdy and oversized, to withstand heavy loads and last a long time even at great depths of immersion. The power cables are equipped with connection plug to be sure that the internal cooling liquid, even if alimentary and non-toxic, FDA approved, can not climb by capillarity along the line. A strong mechanical seal provides a long life to motor even in presence of sand. The protrusion of the rotor shaft is of stainless steel while an oversized diaphragm of compensation allows the internal cooling liquid to compensate differences of volume due to temperature variations.

The FMW4 series submersible is a water cooled motor, resinate. All parts in contact with water are in AISI 304 stainless steel. It ‘s asynchronous type, 2-poles, with 24-slot stator and squirrel cage rotor. The resin insulation, with replaceable cartridge, allows better cooling of motor and, in particular, better working with inverter. The power cable is equipped with a watertight plug, very useful in case of rapid replacement on installation site. The motor is very sturdy and oversized to withstand heavy loads and last a long time. All motors are tested at the end of the assembling line.

FMW6 – FMW6SS series submersible motors are asynchronous type, 2-poles, with squirrel cage rotor. The wire wet windings are rewindables, in PVC or PE2 + PA, on request. The motors are very sturdy and oversized to withstand heavy loads and last a long time. Radial and the bearings, Mitchell type, lubricated by the water inside motor, allow a long period of operation without any maintenance. A mechanical seal, mounted on motor shaft as standard, gives a particular resistance in presence of sand. The SS versione is completely made of Stainless Steel.
