pco.panda - Model 26 DS - Ultra Compact Global Shutter sCMOS Camera
With the pco.panda 26 DS sCMOS camera you get a high resolution, ultra-compact sCMOS camera for particle image velocimetry (PIV) applications. The outstanding global shutter capabilities of the pco.panda 26 sCMOS sensor make it a perfect candidate for effective double imaging – a prerequisite to perform all types of Particle Image Velocimetry measurements in flow analysis. In PIV, light scattering particles are added to the flow under test. A laser beam is formed into a light sheet, illuminating the scattering particles twice with a short pulse at a time interval Δt. The lower limit for this time interval is defined by the double shutter interframing time of the camera. The scattered light is recorded onto two consecutive frames of a high resolution digital camera.

With the pco.panda 26 sCMOS camera you get both, the high resolution and mono/color sensor option needed for a multitude of microscopy applications. Its small 2.5 x 2.5 µm² pixels are an excellent fit to use the resolution capacity in optical systems such as microscopes even with low magnification. Thanks to the pco.panda 26`s true charge domain global shutter, you can achieve a remarkably low readout noise and dark current. The housing design and interface provide easy integration. All pco.panda cameras have ultra-compact dimensions. The lack of needing an external power supply allows power and fast data transfer through one single USB 3.1 cable.

The specialized input window inside the camera achieves high QE in the ultraviolet wavelength range. The system itself is based on our compact pco.panda series with modern back illuminated sensor technology. The high resolution and 6.5 x 6.5 μm² pixel size guarantees you greater detail diversity and highly qualitative images. The USB 3.1 interface provides direct power delivery via the USB cable. pco.dimax - Model cs1 - High-Speed Imaging Camera
The pco.dimax cs camera series has been specifically designed for harsh and demanding applications, inter alia, vehicle crash tests or microscopy experiments. Therefore, the cameras are compact, lightweight and ruggedized, allowing for being mounted in a multitude of positions (onboard, off-board). The pco.dimax cs1 achieves frame rates of up to 3086 fps at a resolution of 1296 x 1024 pixels. Its excellent light sensitivity and outstanding image quality classify the slow motion videos for precise analysis and measurements. Multiple lens mounts (incl. electronic lens control), HD-SDI video output and the automatic image calibration feature make the cameras a versatile and powerful tool.

The pco.dimax cs camera series has been specifically designed for harsh and demanding applications, inter alia vehicle crash tests or microscopy experiments. Therefore, the cameras are compact, lightweight and ruggedized, allowing for being mounted in a multitude of positions (onboard, off-board). The pco.dimax cs3 achieves frame rates of up to 1603 fps at a resolution of 1920 x 1440 pixels. Its excellent light sensitivity and outstanding image quality classify the slow motion videos for precise analysis and measurements.
