Mineral processing slurry pump
EHM Series slurry pump is mainly using for handing strong abrasive, high density slurries and low density, high head slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc.
This kind of slurry pump mainly applies in coal washer processing, handling with the fine ore and tailings in metal mine, handing combined bottom and fly ash in a thermal power station etc. .
The frame plates of this kind of slurry pump have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal. The frame plate liner and impeller for EHM slurry pump are adoptable of hard metal only.
Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
Excellence - Model ES - ES Dredge and Gravel pump
"Series ES(G) gravel pumps are horizontal and single-casing centrifugal pumps. The type ESG pumps are with high-head. Construction of this series of pumps is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and they have wide passage. The wet parts are made of Ni-hard and high-Chrome wear-resistant alloys. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°. They have advantages of easy installation, good performance of NPSH and wear-resistance.
Material advantage
The main wear parts in slurry pump are wet parts. Excellence adopts many kinds of anti-abrasive materials to extend the lifetime of wet parts. The wet parts material in standard ES series pump is high chrome alloy KmTBCr26, which is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. But in order to meet different requirements, Excellence can also produce wet parts in other materials to replace high chrome alloy such as Hastelloy, CD4MCu, and other anti-abrasive mat

Excellence - Vertical Slurry Sump Pump
"Based on special installation requirements, pumps of EVM(R) series are designed vertical, which allows to be used in pools. The pumps are of single casing structure, featuring in light weight, small volume, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
The wear parts of EVM Series are made of anti-abrasive alloy while that of EVR Series pump are anti-corrosive rubbers, which suits for delivering corrosive slurry with tiny particles."

Drive Type
Series EVF pumps use bearing assembly of VA, VB and PNL. On the bearing house, there is the motor base or motor support, which helps to adopt belt drive and direct drive. It is very convenient to change the pulleys to adjust the speed and meet the changes of the work conditions.
Box
The box is made of steel, stainless steel or rubber lined steel. It has the feeding suction and overflow box in the tangent line. The overflow box could deliver the surplus slurry back to the pool. The feeding suction in the tangent line could transport the slurry fast and eliminate part of the
