Our customers asked us for a mid-size model that allowed them to use their own truck or trailer equipment. The TM-45 is the answer. The newest of the Express Blower product line, it is fully self-contained and is designed to be mounted to a variety of truck or trailer configurations.

The integrated unit is the original Express Blower and is powered by transmission mounted PTO’s. Today, we manufacture the EB-45, EB-60, and EB-110 models using this configuration. These are highly productive and versatile units that offer superior maneuverability.

Due to its smaller size and lighter weight, the EB-45 is more economical to operate than larger models, yet still has ample payload to efficiently handle many different projects. As a mid-size model, it is also very maneuverable and is perfect for quickly spreading less dense organic materials.

It is fully self-contained, designed to be mounted to a variety of truck or trailer configurations, and available with the MD (medium duty) and HD (heavy duty) options. The MD unit is the Medium Duty Blower and Hydraulic Package upgrade which includes the John Deere Final Tier 4/Stage IV* PowerTech™ PSS 6.8L Diesel Engine Model: 6068HFC09 rated at 300 hp, and it blows heavier and more abrasive products more efficiently.

With the TM-70 semi-trailer unit, the largest projects are quickly brought down to size. From your state’s Department of Transportation highway jobs to expansive erosion control projects to shopping malls and apartment complexes, it is capable of handling any size job. As with the TM-45 model, the TM-70 is fully self-contained and is available with the MD or HD option.

The Express Mulcher™ is designed to haul and spread large quantities of processed mulches, wood chips, and lightweight compost. Used properly and with the appropriate materials, it can blow up to 60 cubic yards an hour. It makes a great entry-level machine into the blower truck market for those starting out in the landscape mulching, playground chips, animal bedding, mud control, or filling sediment control filter sock.. It’s not for aggregates, Terraseeding, rooftop gardens, or heavier soil blends, but it is a great addition to an already existing blower truck business.
