ESF SFM™ Mammalian Cell Culture Medium is an Animal Origin-Free formulation and is a complete serum-free medium developed for robust cell growth and protein expression for a wide range of mammalian cells including 293, CHO and hybridoma lines. ESF SFM contains L-Glutamine and Kolliphor® P188 (Pluronic® F-68).

Expression - Production Boost Additive for Insect Cell Culture
Expression Systems’ Production Boost Additive (PBA) is a nutrient boost designed to increase protein expression by supporting the increased needs of insect cells infected by recombinant baculovirus. PBA is a serum-free, animal-free formulation that complements ESF 921 and ESF AF insect cell culture media and extends the late and very-late expression period of production by maintaining high culture viability.
Expression - Antibody - Detects Expression of Baculovirus gp64 Membrane Protein
The baculovirus gp64 envelope glycoprotein is a major component of the envelope of the budded baculovirus and is essential for entry into cultured insect host cells. The anti-gp64 antibody is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of insect cells for flow cytometric analysis. Applications include baculovirus titration, infection kinetics monitoring and protein expression screening.
Expression - Baculovirus Titering Kit—Determine the Amount of Infectious Baculovirus
Expression Systems’ Baculovirus Titering Kit facilitates accurate determination of infectious baculovirus titers in less than 24 hours. The assay is based on detection of the baculovirus gp64 fusion protein which is expressed on the surface of infected insect cells within six hours of infection. The kit contains gp64-PE antibody and a baculovirus control of known titer.
