Extraction Solutions Ltd are a family run business specialising in dust and fume extraction systems. In 2012, after a collective 50 years in the industry, Nick Wright and Neil Parkes brought their respective expertise together to offer great solutions with great customer service.

ESL cover the whole of the UK from our offices in Worksop and Huddersfield. Our design and aftercare team is situated in our Sheffield office, and we manufacture many of our own products from our workshop in Huddersfield. Call our team today to organise site visit to discuss your requirements.

Extraction Solutions design, supply, install, and maintain all aspects of dust and fume extraction as well as materials handling systems. We offer a wide range of quality equipment for industries such as wood, plastics, and agriculture. Our team of engineers oversee projects end-to-end, liaising directly with you throughout to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Providing a clean and healthy work space for your employees is an essential investment. Our dust extraction systems can be engineered to run with minimal power which has a positive effect on both running costs and the environment.

Well thought out solutions can provide a vast reduction in volume requirements. For example, if your current system runs 100% of your machines, yet only 60% of machines require extraction at one time, there is a potential 40% reduction in air volume. This could amount to a huge saving in running costs.

An ‘on demand’ duct system uses automatic dampers to open and close machine connections only when required. The inverter controlled fans automatically optimise the speed ensuring that in-duct velocities remain adequate. Unlike other similar systems, our solutions will not allow dust to build up inside the duct and no special controllers are required.
