The 4HEP series of 4-roll synchronized bending rolls is latest evolution of a design developed in Faccin and tested by the most demanding operators in extreme environments for over 25 years. It combines power, reliability and precision in an exclusive package that makes it the state of the art in modern plate rolls.

PPM is the series of sturdy, reliable and efficient Faccin hydraulic dishing presses for mass production of dished ends or plate forming in general. The PPM designed and built by Faccin are hydraulic presses suited to dished head crowning, featuring an exclusive design with the top and bottom beam connected by two uprights. The portal frame is connected by two hydraulic protensioned tie-rods that guarantee the maximum resistance and elasticity to the structure in order to resist fatigue. Thanks to the exclusive HPT system utilising two solid forged tie rods (permanently preloaded) to keep the frame connected, a PPM dishing press is able to minimise frame deformation, guaranteeing longer life and reliability.

CB is the series of fast, efficient and affordable flanging shears, the best solutions for cutting metal plate discs. The models of the CB range are Numeric Controlled circular shears with different plate cutting and flanging capacity up to 10 mm thickness and diameter up to 5 m. CB flanging shears are supplied by Faccin as traditional machines with manual piece loading and unloading or as a fully automatic line able to greatly decrease production times. Flanging tools are supplied for thin Stainless steel dished heads for the food industry.

Faccin’s R series metal plate levellers feature an oversized frame in electro-welded steel which assures maximum reliability and sturdiness. The main part of the levellers are the rolls in quality steel rolls alloy and heat-treated to be hardened. Each R series machine by Faccin is equipped with 5/7/9 rolls and a couple of extra motorized rolls for easier feeding. The upper rolls are hydraulically positioned and independently adjustable vertically.
