faCellitate BIOFLOAT - 384-Well Plates for Spheroid Cell Culture
The BIOFLOAT™ 384-well plate is engineered for enhanced spheroid cell culture applications. It features a clear polystyrene surface with a round U-bottom, optimized for a recommended working volume of 50 µl. Its primary advantage lies in its anti-adhesive properties, ensuring rapid spheroid formation with high reproducibility. Within 24 hours, a single, perfectly round spheroid forms in each well, compatible with a variety of cell types including tumor lines, primary human and animal cells, and stem cells. The design eliminates the need for centrifugation, reducing cellular stress and saving valuable time. Long-term cultivation is also stable, supporting viable and functional spheroids over months. Constructed without animal-derived materials, these plates maintain high quality through GPC, GC-MS, and NMR spectroscopy assessments, and are sterilized per DIN EN ISO 11137 with electron beam irradiation to ensure a sterile, non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic environment.faCellitate BIOFLOAT™ - 96-well Plates for Spheroid Cell Culture
The BIOFLOAT™ 96-well plate is optimized for spheroid cell culture, offering a unique, inert, and cell-repelling surface that enhances rapid spheroid formation. It ensures high reproducibility with a single, round spheroid formed per well, eliminating cell aggregates and the need for centrifugation. This plate supports spheroid generation across various cell types, including tumor lines, primary human and animal cells, and stem cells. The spheroids maintained in these plates boast high viability and functionality, suitable for long-term cultivation over several months. The plates are constructed from clear polystyrene with a U-bottom design and a recommended working volume of 100 µl. Notably, they are made without raw materials of animal origin, ensuring they are non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, and free of DNase, RNase, and DNA. The production process includes precision coating via pipetting robots and sterilization by electron beam irradiation, according to DIN EN ISO 11137 standards, making them strictly for research use.
faCellitate BIOFLOAT - 96-Well Plate for 3D Cell Culture
The BIOFLOAT™ 96-well plate is designed for suspension and 3D cell culture, featuring a highly defined, inert surface that repels cells, proteins, and hydrophobic compounds. This clear plate with a flat F-bottom, offers a 390 µl well volume, and is sterile for research use only. It is optimized for the cultivation of highly viable three-dimensional cell models over extended periods without adherence issues. The robust anti-adhesive properties make it scratch-resistant, with a surface that endures physical and chemical stress. This prevents damage during handling and maintains the integrity of assays by minimizing protein and compound interactions. Ideally suited for organoid generation, the polymer materials used in its production are free from biological contaminants, ensuring non-pyrogenic and non-cytotoxic conditions. The plates undergo sterilization via electron beam irradiation following ISO standards, ensuring consistent quality and safety in cell culture applications.
faCellitate BIOFLOAT - 6-well Plate
The BIOFLOAT™ 6-well plate provides a highly defined, fully inert, and cell-repelling surface.
faCellitate BIOFLOAT™ - 24-Well Plate for Spheroid Cell Culture
The BIOFLOAT™ 24-Well Plate is designed for advanced spheroid cell culture applications, offering a clearly defined, inert surface that repels cells and enhances culture conditions. Each plate measures 85.20 mm in width, 22.45 mm in height, and 127.80 mm in length, fabricated from polystyrene material. Its specialized coating repels cells, proteins, and hydrophobic compounds, facilitating precise control over experimental environments. The non-adhesive properties contribute to its resilience under physical and chemical stress, ensuring long-term stability for cultivating viable 3D cell models and organoids. The BIOFLOAT™ plates are particularly suited to the needs of researchers working on complex cellular systems, allowing cultivation of floating biologically relevant structures without cell adhesion restrictions. Manufactured under stringent quality-control measures, the plates are sterile, non-pyrogenic, endotoxin-free, non-cytotoxic, and free of DNase/RNase/DNA. Their production includes electron beam sterilization, aligning with DIN EN ISO 11137 standards.
