BABY-STAR stainless steel expansion vessels are a high quality product, thanks to the materials used offering maximum guarantee for hygiene, resistance and duration. They in fact consist of an outside shell in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 and a precharged interchangeable membrane in BUTYL and EPDM, non-toxic materials with very low permeability.

BABY-STAR HP stainless steel expansion vessels are a high quality product, thanks to the materials used offering maximum guarantee for hygiene, resistance and duration. They in fact consist of an outside shell in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 and a precharged interchangeable membrane in Butyl or EPDM, non-toxic materials with very low permeability, NSF-ACS-WRAS-KTWD1 certified. This feature ensures that precharging inside the vessel remains unaltered for a long time, preventing the membrane from breaking due to excessive dilatation. We can install different membranes to use expansion vessels with special liquids (oils, glycol, etc.) on request. In virtue of the thickness of the sheet-steel used to make them, the BABY-STAR HP stainless steel expansion vessels are capable of working at a maximum service pressure of 36 Bar.

The BABY-OSMO series of expansion vessels were designed and produced to accumulate the purified water produced by reverse osmosis systems. They are made of an external casing in AISI 304 stainless steel with an internal interchangeable butyl membrane with DVGW homologation to use with foodstuffs issued by the Hygiene-Institut D - Gelsenkirchen.

The BABY-APOLLO series of expansion vessels are used for autoclave installations. Not having an internal membrane, they do not need to be recharged regularly and/or to replace the membrane.

“FILTER BOX” SMALL SS316 containers are mass-produced with AISI 316 bowl and head and are closed by a CLAMP system. “FILTER BOX” SMALL OT58 containers are mass-produced with AISI 304 bowl and nickel-plated OT 58 head and are closed by a ring nut.

FILTER BAG filters, made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 Stainless Steel, can hold standard single or double filtering bags with Ø 180 ring. The handle of the bag-holder basket ensures perfect sealing by means of a simple device.They are particulary suited for filtering liquids with a high percentage of suspended solids. The filtering bags, filtering at various degrees, are available in Polypropylene,Nylon and Polyester.

The container is entirely made of AISI 316L stainless steel and CLAMP or DIN 11851 type IN-OUT connections; there is a vent on the upper bottom and outlets on the IN-OUT connections where it is also possible to supply CLAMP or DIN valve connections on request. The containers can be completely taken apart for easy cleaning, maintenance and disinfection. The stainless steel supporting feet can be detached and are adjustable. The inside and outside finishing coat is made by brushing and electro-polishing, thus reducing eventual stagnation of particles and bacteria to a minimum. It is possible to have internal finishing with ² 0.4 RA roughness on request. The standard seals are in non-toxic EPDM, but it is also possible to supply gaskets made of different compounds on request.

Entirely in electro-polished INOX AISI 316 L stainless steel.Easy to install compact system. Micro filtering with 0.3 μc CARBON BLOCK cartridge eliminates unpleasant tastes and smells, removes chlorine, hydrocarbons and pesticides, heavy metals and particles 0.3 μc. Micro-filtered fluid sterilized by the UV lamp.

Selfpriming pump with bild-in prefilter coupled with multicartridge filter in stainless steel; all components, are assembled on a strong stainless sheet-steel trolley with a control console and easy back-washing system.
