Customized pre-cleaning units with fully automatic ultrasonic cleaner with tray lift. The unit is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The worktop is equipped with a water rim and a backsplash at the back to prevent any spilled fluids from dripping onto the floor.

Fully automatic pre-cleaning station completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with touch-screen control. The unit has a fixed height. Upon request it is also possible to make the pre-cleaning unit height adjustable. The complete unit will be equipped with a water rim around the sides to prevent any spilled fluids from dripping of the unit. The back of the unit is equipped with a 100mm backsplash.

Unlike any of our other spray guns, this is a cleaning gun made of stainless steel with exception of the grip which is made of thermo-insulating silicone which has a temperature stability up to 200°C (392 °F).

In order to make sure that the ultrasonic cleaning bath works properly, it is necessary to  use it in combination with a basket and lid. For the FamoSonic S, M and XL there is an insert basket available. Alternatively, it is possible to use 1/1 DIN or ISO and 1/2 DIN trays. A tray must never be placed directly onto the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaner, because this might damage the unit. Therefore, Famos offers basket holders which the instrument trays can  be placed on.

The pass-through cabinets allow the transportation of baskets or other items from one area to another without open door transportation. They are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The pass-through cabinets can be equipped with solid shelves or with slides made of stainless steel u-profiles onto which baskets with flanged upper wires can be hung.

Closed CSSD trolley which have been designed for transportation of goods between the operation theatre and CSSD. The trolleys are completely made of stainless steel 304 instead of aluminum which can be done due to an unique structure which the Famos transport trolleys have. The trolley will be very light which makes them easy to transport.
