FARMATIC offers conventional digester systems, secondary digesters and combined gas/digestate storage as full equipment package. Our customers are independent project developers, engineering consultancies and biogas research institutions.

FARMATIC storage tanks with a volume of up to 20,000 m³ can be erected without the necessity for complex scaffoldings or extensive crane works. Initially, one ring segment is completed on the foundation. Using a special jack-system, the entire first ring is lifted from the slab foundation and the second segment ring is built underneath. This way, the tank is erected from top to bottom and can be built in record time safely on the ground. FARMATIC tanks and digesters can be constructed quickly and anywhere. They can easily be disassembled, relocated, or expanded.

Four paddles mix the liquid material at a slow but constant speed that prevents negative effects on the substrate and the electric drive. The high rotary force of the mixer ensures safe operation even with high dry-matter content. The mixer has a low noise level of only 65-68 dB(A). Very low energy consumption.
