Valves - Butterfly Valves
FCA - Model MB - Bieccentric Butterfly Valve
The MB model FCA butterfly valve is mainly used in distribution networks and pumping stations. Is provided with a circular flanged body and a butterfly or disc as clogging element. The disc is provided with a seal which is fixed by a ring in stainless steel material.
FCA - Model MBC - Bieccentric Butterfly Valve with Counterweight
The MBC model FCA butterfly valve is mainly used in strained lines in hydraulic power stations or as a charge or discharge valve and for security purposes in turbines as a shut-off element. It consists of a circular flanged body with a butterfly or disc as a shutting-off element.

The TG and TGM control valve model from FCA is a robust and heavy-section globe valve with a plug designed to accurately control the flow. The GBD model FCA knife gate valve is a casted split body valve, provided with a secondary seal to secure full tightness to the atmosphere. Designed for a bidirectional sealing and tailor-made to the requirements of each application, adapted to specific work conditions, flange drilling and other special conditions.

FCA - Model SB - General Service Gate Valve
The SB type FCA Gate valve model is full bore with cast body and flexible wedge. The sealing is metal-metal with Stellite 6 overlay to ensure sufficient hardness and tight sealing. External leaks are ensured with the bonnet. It is a rising stem (OS&Y) design and the valve connection is flanged (according to ANSI) or to customer requirements.
Valves - Check Valves
FCA - Model RN - Nozzle Type Non Slam Check Valve
The RN type FCA Nozzle Check Valve prevents reverse flow by a slowly sealing before the pump stops. Its short pattern design reduces the closing time avoiding water hammer. The seat can be metal or soft seated and its disc` conical surface design provides a tight sealing. This valve ensures an excellent dynamic performance minimizing vibrations and noise.
Valves - Damper
FCA - Model DMD - Diverter Butterfly Damper
The DMD model FCA Diverter butterfly damper is a welding assembly construction that consists of a body and two discs that are fixed with a mechanical lever system to operate simultaneously according to customer request, in parallel or opposite direction to divert the flow to the desired outlet. Suitable for low pressures, up to 0.5 bar, and temperature up to 700ºC.

FCA - Model VCH - Fixed Cone Valve
The VCH model hollow jet discharge valves (howell bunger type) are generally used as control and isolation valves on the discharge area at the bottom of dams. They offer an effective solution for flow control and energy dispersion The valve design guarantees an optimal hydraulic behaviour providing stability and an absence of vibrations and cavitation without interfering with the opening level. Its energy dissipation properties are greatly appreciated and it provides a simetrical flow.
