Federal Signal’s 2012 Series Backup Alarms provide dependable performance at an economical price for various applications. A Wide Selection of Models Meets a Broad Scope of Decibel Requirements: The 2012 Series backup alarms are available in a wide range of decibel ratings including 87 dB(A), 97 dB(A) and 102 dB(A) models to meet precise warning requirements. Each decibel version can be ordered with stud terminals or wires for added installation flexibility. The stud models have a built-in universal mounting bracket and self-grounding strap.

Federal Signal’s Evacuator Plus (dual tone) back-up alarms are engineered to provide dependable performance and exceptional warning power across a diverse range of vehicle and material handling equipment requirements. Built to withstand the most punishing applications and harshest environments, these back-up alarms feature piezo-electric circuitry and solid-state components that reduce Amp draw (as low as 0.02 A @ 12 VDC) and minimize the adverse effects of shock and vibration. The low amp draw also ensures the back-up alarm conserves vehicle battery power so that emergency responders can still reliably access critical electrical functions while in the field.

Reverse Camera/Monitor Systems from Federal Signal provide the driver with an expanded field-of-view for enhanced safety while maneuvering fire department vehicles in challenging environments. The system pairs high-performance backup cameras with premium screens for an expansive field of view in any operating condition. Each reverser cam incorporates AHD Sony® CCD technology for enhanced image clarity. The reverse cameras feature IP68-rated cameras that are both waterproof and dust-resistant, ensuring reliable operation in harsh conditions. Enhanced low-light performance is achieved through integrated infrared LED arrays - with up to (16) LEDs in the rear-view camera and (9) LEDs in the side-view and ball camera options.
