The walk-in chamber is designed for environmental simulation to test the performance and reliability of electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, communication, aerospace, and other related products. The Walk-in Chambers are assembled through pre-insulated panels of 50 mm to 100 mm thick urethane foam sandwiched between a stainless steel interior wall and a coated steel / stainless steel exterior.

Ferrotek Laboratory oven are used for high-forced volume thermal convection application. These ovens generally provide uniform temperature throughout. Process application for laboratory ovens can be for annealing , drying , sterilizing, and other industrial/laboratory function.

The insulation Gap between the walls is atleast 100 mm. and high temperature Ceramic blanket are used as insulation material. The air circulation motor is mounted on side/top of the equipment and the blower is driven by belt pulley attachment. It protects the motor from Heat build upand damage due to it.

The temperature variation is around +/- 1% of the set value on higher range. The power supply will be 220/230V AC +- 10% 50 Hz or 440V 3 phase for bigger size as per requirement.

Leak Test Apparatus is a solid state instrument designed for the leakage testing of food, drug and other industrial chemical products. The instrument is used to test the quality of packing processes in strips, blisters and sachets containing tablets, granu lates and liquids. They are also used to check that the seals enclosing the product are perfectly intact. The Instrument is equipped with microcontroller based 4 digit seven segment bright red LED display. Soft touch keys provide a convenient user interface. The unit contains a polycarbonate desiccator housing to sustain the vacuum for long time. A compact vacuum pump for creating high vacuum level in short time period is used.

Specially designed for cement industry, these Cement Testing Autoclave or Tile Testing Autoclave systems provide precise results conforming to required standards of IS : 4031-1968 and IS : 1624-1960. Featuring durable construction of MS or Stainless steel housing chamber, these units prove to be finest even in tough conditions. The whole unit of cement autoclave is mounted on a sturdy supporting frame and enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing with finished paint. The control unit is attached to the side of the housing enclosing a sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switch and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating unit.

An autoclave is widely used to sterilize equipment and supplies by subjecting them to high pressure saturated steam at 121 ”C for around 15—20 minutes depending on the size of the load and the contents. A notable growing application of autoclaves is the pre- disposal treatment and sterilization of waste material, such as pathogenic waste.
