Scope of works to be offered: - complete disassembly of machine and measurement of all critical components on CMM machine, repair of screw conveyor and bowl: repair of all hardfaced surfaces, replacement of tungsten carbide tiles and bushings, recovery of original gap between screw conveyor and bowl, dynamical balancing with accuracy up to 1g, retrofits of gearboxes, new paint surfaces, replacement of all bearings and seals, V-belts and dampers, Permanent service contract possible, Simple service works are possible directly on customer’s place, For a time of repair, Spomasz is able to offer rental of spare centrifuge, 6 months warranty for every repair work, all centrifuge users are very welcome to contact us to get price offer.
Rent and Lease of Centrifuges
We have sets of devices characterized by varied efficiency, intended for rent or to be leased. It is a perfect solution for clients, for who we carry out overhauls of centrifuges. For the time of an overhaul we are able to make our device available.
Dewatering - Trials and Tests
Before a client makes a decision to purchase our centrifuge, we are able to carry out a series of tests and trials, which enable picturing of efficiency of our devices. Tests can be carried out: in a laboratory at our site, by means of Rotanta 460 laboratory centrifuge – we need approximately 5l of a mixture for laboratory trials, our mobile dewatering station, equipped with a complete set of devices that is a centrifuge with a cabinet, feeding pump, polyelectrolyte preparation and supply station, screw conveyor. The container can be transported directly to a client and trials can take place directly with use of a target product.
