Certification and approval of various organizations (APCER CERTIF, LNEC GDPD, EPAL, PT communications, EDP, AENOR, Fenosa, Agbar, LNE, ICONTEC, UNITEL) has become a regular practice in the Group, which has more than 26 certifications in order to meet different requirements depending on the markets in which it operates.

Pipes and accessories systems, made of plastic, produced in the Group, have also recognized their quality by consumers, be they builders, installers, traders, farmers, gardeners or individuals.

The construction of laboratories in all production centers, capable of carrying out all the benchmark tests, is the guarantee of product quality. With a matured quality management model, a specialization of laboratory technicians and periodic calibration of the test equipment, allowed FERSIL to achieve WMT approval in accordance with the accreditation criteria of the laboratories EN ISO 17025.

In this way, you can perform tests to face the products of the Group and those of the competition, transparently and more quickly in the results they provide, which helps to strengthen mutual trust between the companies of the group with the authorities of certification and with customers.

All the plastic products produced in the Group are 100% recyclable, which allows an unlimited incorporation in the production process of all production residues, without any reduction in the quality of the products.

The use of water in the production process is essential to ensure the cooling of the product during manufacturing, all the water circulating in a closed circuit. In this way the consumption of fresh water is reduced, promoting its reuse.

The management of the organized environment of the waste generated (in its packaging materials, most of the raw materials) and the absence of emissions to the atmosphere and discharges of industrial wastewater, allows companies to guarantee the environmental commitment of the Group for compliance with all laws and the prevention of environmental impacts.
