The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON^® is made even easier with our new FIBALON^®rope. 8, FIBALON^®nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON^® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON^®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete.

The acquisition of technical filtering devices is only half the battle. Technical filtering devices are useless, if an adequate filter medium isn`t used. The filter media keep dirt and particulates back, escape the water harmful substances and provide a biological transformation of pollutants in the aquarium- and pond-water. FIBALON^® compact is the latest innovation from FIBALON^®. The optimal packagesize and –shape facilitate the handling. The innovative and patented polymer fiber filter consists of a combination of different polymer fibers with diverse surface structures and special fiber cross sections according to latest scientific findings. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter medias surface area. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. We developed also the fiber fixation DyFix^® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed to provide excellent filtration results.

Our innovative, patented and awarded polymer fiber filter for the use in swimming pools, ponds and hot tubs are already setting new filtration standards. With the brand new and outstanding FIBALON^®tool we define the filtration in the industrial sector new.

To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation DyFix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition.

For large drainage holes (from a diameter of about 40 mm) or in the case that the distance from the filter housing to the drain funnel is large, we recommend you an installation of our Rückspülgitter. Individual tabs (A) from the Rückspülgitter can removed individually. The FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid can simply insert into the funnel opening or can be attached to the tube. If it is necessary you can secure the Rückspülgitter with a cable tie. For the best fitting of the whole vent tube, please remove all segments (B) of the FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid.
