Fiberglass Fabricators is the industry leader in fully designed, thoroughly engineered, flat fiberglass cover systems. In addition to flat covers, FFI also produces arched and peaked covers systems. As a custom fabricator, FFI is prepared to meet the requirements of any FRP cover job. Our covers are:

Fiberglass Fabricators designs and fabricates large (up to 100’) trusses utilizing structural FRP members and 316 SS hardware. Our trusses can be used to support large tank covers, roofs, bridges, platforms and more. By supplying prefabricated trusses, FFI ensures installation is fast and easy.

FFI has been designing and fabricating high quality launder covers for decades. Our thoroughly engineered systems provide superior algae prevention and odor control. By utilizing a flat design, total air volume is reduced, thereby minimizing odor control system cost.

Fiberglass Fabricators offers baffle wall systems for both potable water and wastewater applications. Our panels are manufactured in-house using the vacuum infusion method, which offers superior strength to pultruded baffle panels without a price premium.

Fiberglass Fabricators manufactures a wide range of FRP trough products for applications within the water and wastewater treatment industries. FRP troughs are also used in aquaculture applications, or as liners for concrete troughs. Our troughs are available with NSF-61 certified resins for potable water applications. As required, FFI supplies adjustable V-notch or flat-crested weirs and all necessary hardware with our troughs.

FFI manufactures high quality matched-die-molded weirs and scum baffles per ANSI/AWWA F102-07. While this type of equipment is often seen as a commodity within the water and wastewater industries, there are some low quality products and inefficient designs on the market that can result in significant repair/replacement costs. Our weirs are available with NSF-61 certified resins for potable water applications.

Density Current Baffles are designed to disrupt density currents in clarifiers to increase settling efficiency and decrease suspended solids in the effluent.  By installing a Density Current Baffle, the density currents containing suspended solids are redirected back towards the center of the clarifier, rather than directly up the tank wall and into the effluent. This prevents short-circuiting of the tank and increases residence time, which allows the particles more opportunity to settle out.

Fiberglass Fabricators manufactures slide gates and stop logs for a wide variety of wastewater management applications. Ranging in size from 12 inches square to 10+ feet, FFI has the ability to fit the requirements of a wide range of gate applications.

At Fiberglass Fabricators we offer FRP fiberglass grating and handrails, walkways, commercial railings (in round or square style), support and grating systems for stair rails, platform/walkway handrails and guardrails.
