Fibergrate molded gratings are available in a variety of resins, standard and custom colors, depths, panel sizes and mesh configurations. Surface options include a meniscus or integrally applied grit top, both of which offer superior, slip resistant footing. Fibergrate molded grating is used in place of traditional materials for a FRP solution that fits a wide range of applications and environments.

Molded High Load Capacity (HLC) grating is engineered and manufactured to carry forklift loads that traditional molded FRP grating is unable to support. HLC molded grating is available in Fibergrate’s Vi-Corr, Corvex and FGI-AM resin systems and colors with either a smooth top or an aluminum oxide grit top surface. High load molded grating is optimal for trench covers and ramps, in storage and loading areas, or in other areas that necessitate a product that can withstand vehicular turning traffic. HLC grating is offered in 1-1/2” and 2” depths in a 6’ x 4’ panel size.

Micro-Mesh FRP grating is used in variety of applications including docks, piers, boat lifts and decks in 4’ x 12’ panel sizes (3/4” square mesh opening on top surface). It is also used in and around pools, marinas, waterparks and other public recreational areas. Micro-Mesh has maximum UV resistance, has a comfortable surface for bare feet and is durable, with a high strength to weight ratio. Depth options include 1/2”, 1” and 1-1/2”. Micro-Mesh panels are the right choice to minimize vibration from rolling cart or wheelchair traffic. The panels with a 1/2" open area between bearing bars are ADA compliant and meet the "15 mm ball test." Micro-Mesh FRP access flooring system is designed as a low cost alternative where subfloor access and unobstructed air flow is required. Lightweight 2`x 2` Micro-Mesh panels are easily removed, providing ready access to electrical conduits, air supply plenums, and service lines.

Designed specifically for docks and marinas, the 62% open area Fibergrate® molded 1" deep grating with a 3/4" x 4" rectangular mesh is ADA compliant and provides an open area surface of 62%. The open area is an important factor in protecting seagrass and other shallow marine habitats beneath the decking surface. The lightweight and high strength of this FRP grating requires fewer supports and provides an overall lighter dock, an important consideration for floating docks as well as shipping and installation savings. This product is suitable for public walkways in coastal areas that must meet the US Corp of Engineer Standard for light penetration and for residential and commercial use.

Fibergrate`s pultruded gratings are manufactured with a high percentage of glass, providing durability and an extremely high unidirectional strength and stiffness making it the ideal solution for application where longer support spans are required. Combine the corrosion resistance, long service life, low maintenance with the low cost of installation, and Safe-T-Span offers a life cycle cost that is significantly lower than that of metal.

Fibertred stair treads are available in the same high performance resin formulations as Fibergrate molded grating. Unique cutting channels, spaced at 6" intervals, provide efficient utilization when custom fitting treads into stairways. These channels also ensure that all standard stair tread widths have closed ends. Up to five 24" wide stair treads can be cut from each side of a single panel. A gritted strip is molded-in on both sides of the panel for superior slip resistance.

Slip-resistant and non-conductive Safe-T-Span pultruded stair treads offer the same level of safety, strength and corrosion resistance of other Fibergrate pultruded fiberglass products. Designed for use in applications where wider support spans are required, Safe-T-Span pultruded stair treads are available in 1", 1-1/2"and 2"depths.

Pre-engineered composite crossover ladder and stair platforms serve as a more cost effective, standard solution to meet your special requirements. Fibergrate`s pre-engineered crossovers provide a readily available solution with availability in a variety of heights that address most standard clearances below the walkover. Fibergrate`s crossovers are versatile enough to solve many of the day-to-day needs of most facilities. Traditional material options such as heavy, expensive steel or stainless steel crossovers are often unsafe, costly to ship and install, and difficult to clean.
