Fibrebond - Precast Concrete
Fibrebond’s sophisticated, PCI-certified manufacturing facility delivers consistent, high quality products to our customers. Our automated concrete production facility allows for faster throughput time, tighter construction tolerances and increased volume. Our fully-automated casting system results in precise factory tolerances and minimal construction waste. We utilize LEAN manufacturing principles to further ensure quality and consistency. Fibrebond’s computerized concrete batch plant monitors changing weather conditions, resulting in a more consistent mix design. Concrete is poured into the casting bed using an advanced Skako panel casting system. Panels are then sent to an elevated curing rack for 18 hours and assembly of the panels can be completed two days after panels are poured.
Fibrebond - Interlocking Steel Panels
Fibrebond utilizes a g90 galvanized sheet metal, rather than a CS grade steel, to form our interlocking steel panel designs. Panels are pre-formed on our 20’ sheer and press brake and are typically 16” wide. Panels connect to form a vertical structure “stud” at the seam, and walls and the roof are then affixed with a combination of welds and screws. Building aesthetics are enhanced with the use of flashings and trims. Single-piece buildings can be constructed up to 23’ x 70’.
Fibrebond - Combined Concrete and Steel Structural System
Fibrebond is the only enclosure manufacturer with the capability to manufacture using both concrete and steel. By designing hybrid structures of both concrete and steel, we can deliver cost-efficient solutions that offer better and longer-term protection for our customers and their equipment. The capability to build utilizing both steel and precast concrete offers a kit of interchangeable parts to our customers.
Fibrebond - Sound-Attenuated Steel
We offer many acoustical requirement options and packages to reduce the environmental sound impact of your generator
Fibrebond - Sound Baffles
Sound baffles are heavy gauge formed galvanized construction with compression ratios designed to meet specific acoustic applications. All joints and seams are mechanically riveted, no spot welding of any type is allowed in our manufacturing and design process. This design allows for superior structural integrity.

Fibrebond - Concrete Shelters
Concrete equipment shelters from Fibrebond have been the industry standard for equipment protection since 1982. Fibrebond delivers consistent high quality from its world class manufacturing plant and LEAN continuous improvement process. Shelters are backed by a 10-year structural and roof warranties. Our computerized concrete batch plant monitors changing weather conditions, which results in a more consistent mix.
