Due to the higher emission demands from local and national Authorities, Filcon have developed a special Flue Gas Cleaning system for this application.

In performing simple processes such as shredding tires, handling chemicals, woodchips, paper, etc. and/or when loading flour, seed, grain, corn, and other agricultural products., fine dust particles are generated. These particles must be removed from the air we breathe to avoid damaging our health.

The Filcon ApS Spot filter is a compact and flexible filter solution, designed especially for the removal of dust at the source, (ex. conveyors and bucket elevators). The dust is collected in the spot filter and returned to the product stream when the filter bags are cleaning by the automatic pulse jet cleaning system.

The Intake pit filters from Filcon are designed as highly modular systems, which are easy to install at existent or new facilities.The filter modules are dimensioned for a large air volume and is the most efficient filter for truck, wagon and ship unloading.Due to the variation of module sizes, Filcon’s system can be adaptedTo any length Intake pit.
