FS9V2-RH Real time measurement and display of particulate and water as %RH (% Saturation). We have further developed the award winning Particle Pal by integrating a water sensor that displays the percent saturation or relative humidity (RH) in real time.  By incorporating a state of the art water sensor into the FS9V2 compact design, you can now get instant water %saturation levels for accurate, repeatable measurement as well as the same features the new FS9V2 Particle Pal offers; ISO/NAS/SAE readouts of particulate cleanliness, memory, priming features ets.

Particle Pal is a self-contained portable measuring system that gives ISO, NAS and SAE Particulate Cleanliness readings and Water Content analysis for Oils and Diesel Fuels. Complete with a rechargeable battery, high-pressure internal gear pump and controlled flow rate. Whether on-site or in the laboratory, the Particle Pal will provide cleanliness readings in real-time to allow you to understand the condition of your oil or fuel. Our FS9V2 units now have a single LCD showing all the connected sensors in real-time. We`ve added an internal memory for capturing data with a simple USB data transfer of results which can be printed in tabular or graphical format. Also included is powerful trending software which shows real-time cleanliness data in graphical format via USB transfer to a connected PC.

The Sentry is our entry level filtration cart designed to perform superbly within constant industrial or intermittent oil transfer applications. Fitted with a high-quality housing and absolute rated synthetic media elements it offers a flow rate of 25L/min alongside flexible filter  element selection and simple element changeovers. Use your Sentry to ensure that oil will be clean and ready for use at any time.

Do you want more from your filtration system? The SFC-3000 gives you just that. The SFC-3000 is a rugged filtration system designed for constant industrial or intermittent oil transfer use and more heavy duty than its entry-level counterpart the Sentry. Fitted with two high-quality filter housings, available in either 9” or 14”, it boasts a large dirt holding capacity and the option of staged filtration. On top of this, it offers a flow rate of 18 or 45L/min alongside flexible filter element selection to obtain a cleanliness level down to ISO cleanliness code 14/12/9-13/11/8.

Filtertechnik have developed  an early warning system for hydraulic oil contamination designed to work inside a powerful hydraulic machinery, with in-cab display and alarms as well as additional off-line oil filtration. Designed to warn against rises in oil contamination due to particulate or water ingress. This system will extend service intervals as well as product life due to better filtration and early warning of contamination build up.
