Particles that are required to be decomposed from the filtered water are attached to the filter inner surface and the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet. Thanks to the pressure difference sensor & spiker, the filter waste valve is opened when the filter pre-set difference reaches the pressure level. The end of the nozzles, which are the special design of our company located at the end of the waste collector, is opened to the atmospheric environment in this shape. As the pressured water in the filter moves from the nozzle end to the atmospheric environment, a strong vacuum is formed on the filter facade. Thanks to the engine&reductor group, the collector with which the nozzles are connected returns, the entire filter inner surface is cleaned with 100% efficiency thanks to this vacuum. The backwashing process lasts 10-50 seconds according to the filter model.

RERUM series filters have mesh screen structure. Particles that are required to be decomposed from the filtered water are attached to the filter inner surface and create a pressure difference between the filter inlet outlet. Thanks to the pressure difference sensor & sivici, the filter waste valve automatically opens when the pre-set difference varies when the difference is pressed and the water inside the filter is discharged. The pressure pump connected to the filter cleaning collector is activated and sprays clean water with the clear mains or similar clean water filter strongly with the PRESSURE PUMP.

MIRACULUM series filters mesh POLYESTER sieve has structure. Particles that are required to be decomposed from the filtered water are attached to the filter inner surface and the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet. With pressure difference sensor & sivici, the filter waste valves automatically open and the water inside the filter discharges when the difference pre-set difference reaches the pressure level. The pressure pump connected to the filter cleaning collector is activated and strongly sprays clean water with the PRESS PUMP PUMP strongly to the filter exterior.

FAMILIAS series filters have mesh sieve structure. Particles that are desired to decompose from the filtered water are installed on the filter inner surface and the pressure between the filter inlet outlets make a difference. Thanks to the pressure difference sensor & sivici, the filter waste valve opens automatically when the pre-set difference is reduced and the water inside the filter is divided into the water with the BRUSHES. The pollution layer is separated from the filter surface in this way and discharged from the waste valve located in the lower part of the filter. Thanks to the engine&reductor group, the entire filter inner surface is cleaned with 100% efficiency thanks to this RUSING cleaning, since the collector connected to the nozzles returns. The backwashing process lasts 10-50 seconds according to the filter model.

SOLIS series filters have WEDGE WIRE FILTER structure. Particles that are requested to be decomposed from the filtered water are attached to the filter inner surface and between the filter inlet outlets they make a difference of pressure. Thanks to the pressure difference sensor&sifier, the filter waste valve will be opened when the filter comes to the pre-set pressure difference level. The reducer system on the filter connects the two ends of the fine filter shaft with the waste collector and the inside of the filter opens to the atmospheric environment.

LACTEA VIA series filltres are connected to the Water SPEED. The water flow rate in the capacity range of the filter enters the filter with the eccentric pipe connection. When the water enters the filter, it reaches high speed thanks to its filter structure and the particles in it decompose from the water. The filter bluff line is opened in pre-experienced times depending on the time and the pollution layer accumulated in the lower part of the filter is thrown out of the filter.

Filltran produces automatic reverse flush filters in desired flows and micron sizes for ultra filtration and membrane protection. Thanks to this filter, the particle load that comes to the membrane surface is minimized.
