FSI - Wastewater Recycling System for Wastewater Treatment
FSI offers both microfiltration and ultra-filtration systems for wastewater treatment. The WRS filtration system is designed to treat oily wastewater and process fluids. The system produces clean water that is typically suitable for reuse or discharge, while concentrating organic and inorganic contaminants down to less than 10% of the original waste volume. This meticulously designed system exhibits the flexibility to handle a wide array of waste feeds including both free and emulsified oils. These systems are designed to treat/recycle wastewater from various sources such as rinse, process, and wash water to comply with local discharge regulations and RCRA requirements or to be recycled for maximum savings.
FSI - Coiled Membrane Filter
Coiled Membrane Filter (CMF) is an advanced, robust, and simple Ultra filtration/Micro filtration Technology. CMFs are constructed using hollow fibers or tubular membrane filters. They are cost effective for removing high concentrations of sub-micron particles from water (up to 5% by weight) for industrial and municipal applications.
FSI - Fuel Recycling System
FSI uses membrane filtration to separate water from hydrocarbons (fuels/solvents). By taking advantage of the fact that water forms beads in hydrocarbons (due to higher surface tension of water compared to hydrocarbons), a membrane with a properly designed pore size will separate water beads.
FSI - Fuel Purification System
The FPS Series of fuel purification systems addresses both particulate and water removal. The system features a first stage, large absolute rated micro-glass coreless filter element for maximized particulate removal. The second stage is a filter/separator coalescing vessel to remove free and emulsified water droplets. The design balances high surface area and depth filtration to maximize filter life which reduces filtration costs.
