What are filming amines? Filming-amines based chemicals for water treatment are organic blends of film-forming amines, neutralizing amines and polymers, used in the industrial field to fight corrosion and scale accumulation inside steam generators, boilers, closed loops or cooling systems.

Concentrated version of FINEAMIN 06, polyamines-based corrosion inhibitors for low-pressure steam generators. FINEAMIN 06C  is a liquid organic additive for water treatment, the concentrated version of FINEAMIN 06, a mixture of volatile, alkalizing & film-forming polyamines and alkaline dispersing polymers. FINEAMIN 06C can be used for steam generator systems with corrosion & scale issues, as well as in combination with other products for cooling circuits, for an accelerated formation of a thin, homogeneous magnetite protection layer with a very stable structure on all metal parts.

FINEAMIN 39 is a polyamines andpolymers mixture, a derived version of FINEAMIN 06, adjusted as a response to the requests of the Asian market. The proportion of volatile, film-forming amines and dispersing polymers has been changed and adapted especially for steam generating processes in the food industry. The target was a better cost and an improved formula, with this exact application in mind. But depending on the case, it can be used for other kind of industrial applications also. FINEAMIN 47T  acts as a corrosion and scale inhibitor for cooling systems / open recirculating systems and consists of a proprietary blend of volatile, film-forming polyamines, alkaline, cleaning polymers and with an environmentally friendly addition of phosphonates. The surface-active polyamines enhance the formation of a thin, homogeneous and stable protection layer on all metal parts, while the polymers and other components give extremely efficient antiscale properties under high temperatures and hardness in cooling systems. FINEAMIN 47T is effective over a broad pH range. Cooling water treatment, mixture of surface-active filming polyamines, polymers and a small quantity of phosphonates.

FINEAMIN 91  is a highly efficient corrosion and scale inhibitor for open recirculating systems. It is used as a blend, all-in-one product containing polymers, polycarboxilic acid and phosphonic acid. The product is used in recirculating water systems of refineries and large plants. While, due to its special formula, the blend controls corrosion on metal surfaces, it also cleans and keeps surfaces clean, prevents unplanned downtime and reduces maintenance costs.
