Finorchem - Model Acmecure DCBS - Delayed Action Sulphenamide

A Delayed action Sulphenamide for NR, NR-BR & NR-SBR blend compounds reinforced with finer particle sized furnace blacks. Among the all in the Sulphenamide class, DCBS provides the longest delay for cure. Acmecure DCBS exhibits excellent storage stability. DCBS is used at 06-0.9 PHR for conventional cure system(NR based) & 1.1-1.5 PHR(NR/BR or NR/SBR blend based compounds with normal level of Sulphur).

Mercure DCBS is delayed action sulphenamide is widely used in NR, NR-BR, SBR, NR-/SBR blends based compounds reinforced with fine particle size furnace blacks & required to perform under high stress dynamic applications such as all steel Tires, steel cord belting, OTR Tires, Steel cord Conveyor beltings, camel back (hot retreading), shock absorbers, rubber to metal bonded goods, rubber goods with thick cross sections, intricately shaped rubber goods etc. DCBS exhibits excellent storage stability among the all sulphenamide.

Mercure CBS is a delayed action sulphenamide alone or in combination with small quantities of booster accelerator is widely used in NR, SBR, NR/BR, SBR blend, NBR and other synthetic rubber based compounds used mainly for the manufacture Tires, cycle tyre/tubes, beltings (conveyor, transmission, V and fan belts), tyre retreading and repair materials, footwear, hoses, cables, injection molded products and various compression / transfer molded as well as extruded rubber goods.

It offers superior tack properties under severe environmental conditions. Better tackifier than PTOP resin.

Finorchem - Non-Self-Curing Phenolic Reinforcing Resin

It is a non-self-curing phenolic resin of the novalac type phenol formaldehyde resin. This can be CNSL modified or Tall Oil modified PF resin. A branched structure that forms a 3-dimensional network upon curing. Thermoplastic until cross-linked with methylene donor and  then becomes a thermoset resin. Ex. FINOREX PN 160B, FINOREX RR 90 AND 90H , FINOREX RR 95 AND 98H , FINOREX RR 110.

Finorchem - Curing Resin

This is heat reactive butyl curing octyl phenol formaldehyde resin. Ex. FINOREX PB 1045. Adhesive Resin: Ex. FINOREX PB 518, PB 154 , PB 212, PB 110. Methylol and Dibenzyl ethers  form  Quinone Methide QM intermediate. QM reacts with olefines in rubber to form carbon carbon  bond.
