This type of complex is designed for drying wood waste (sawdust, shavings, wood chips) and agricultural crops. The process occurs in a drum, where the raw material loses moisture. The cylindrical hopper with the agitator is intended for temporary storage of dry raw materials and its giving by the screw conveyor further for processing. Can be completed with one or two conveyors.

Firewood - Wet Raw Material Storage Hopper with Living Bottom System

It is intended for reception of raw materials, its accumulation and dosed giving. Raw materials are loaded into the hopper manually or by mechanical devices (conveyor, cyclone, loader). Unloading is due to mechanisms (rakes) that move back and forth alternately (depending on the setting). Raw materials from the hopper are fed in portions to the auger conveyor and unloaded through a window in the conveyor chute.

Firewood - Scraper Conveyor

Scraper conveyors are used for transportation in horizontal or inclined directions of low-abrasive bulk cargo. The design of the conveyor consists of the following main parts: drive station, tension station, intermediate boxes, as well as a chain with scrapers. The load is moved in the scraper conveyor thanks to the scrapers, which are fixed on the traction chains and immersed in the bulk cargo. The chain with scrapers is located in the box, and the conveyor is loaded at the end of the conveyor.
