History
The Company was founded in 1993, with a focus on providing inorganic analytical services to the air and emissions testing industry. Over the years, First Analytical has developed a reputation for quality, affordable results as well as a willingness to work with clients to develop creative solutions to their metals analysis problems.

Since acquiring the lab in 2009, the current ownership team has continued to expand the lab’s capabilities and expertise. Today, First Analytical performs inorganic analysis of solid, liquid and air samples for a variety of industries.

Certifications
First Analytical Laboratories maintains primary NELAP certification trough the State of Louisiana, and secondary certification through the States of New Jersey and Virginia.

In addition, the lab is certified through the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to perform inorganic chemical analysis of drinking water (Lab #37902), and through the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources to perform inorganic analysis of wastewater and groundwater.
