Spill Response Service Agreement
First Strike offers its clients a `Spill Response Service Agreement` which is a proactive way to avoid costly delays in the event of catastrophes. When spill emergencies happen the response team is immediately dispatched to the site. The clients` Spill Agreement with First Strike will often satisfy the regulatory requirements to maintain a contractual relationship with a qualified emergency response company. In the event of a hazardous material release at a client`s facility, a transportation incident or an emergency resulting from storms, earthquakes and other natural disasters, First Strike is ready to respond quickly and efficiently, enabling the client to continue business with minimal interruption.
Environmental Site Assessment
Providing buyer, seller, and lending institution with a clear picture of contamination risks on a site is the primary focus of First Strike Environmental Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). Our professionally trained and knowledgeable specialists accomplish this goal by surpassing American Society of Testing & Materials, (ASTM) standards regarding potential risks, and completing the task in a timely and cost-efficient manner. First Strike focuses on services which increase the value of our client’s property while decreasing possible liabilities in the purchase of an environmentally challenged site.
Geotechnical Drilling
As a state certified provider of drilling services in Oregon, First Strike Environmental has a well-earned reputation for excellence in providing timely and efficient geotechnical drilling services, direct push (Geoprobe) technology services, and backhoe test pit excavating. Our drilling staff is licensed by the Oregon Water Resources Department (WRD) as monitoring well constructors. All on-site team members involved in the investigation of hazardous chemicals and wastes have completed Hazardous Material Training as specified by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (40-Hour HAZWOPER Training plus annual 8-Hour Refresher Training).
