The clients` Spill Agreement with First Strike will often satisfy the regulatory requirements to maintain a contractual relationship with a qualified emergency response company. In the event of a hazardous material release at a client`s facility, a transportation incident or an emergency resulting from storms, earthquakes and other natural disasters, First Strike is ready to respond quickly and efficiently, enabling the client to continue business with minimal interruption.

Providing buyer, seller, and lending institution with a clear picture of contamination risks on a site is the primary focus of First Strike Environmental Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). Our professionally trained and knowledgeable specialists accomplish this goal by surpassing American Society of Testing & Materials, (ASTM) standards regarding potential risks, and completing the task in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Our drilling staff is licensed by the Oregon Water Resources Department (WRD) as monitoring well constructors. All on-site team members involved in the investigation of hazardous chemicals and wastes have completed Hazardous Material Training as specified by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 (40-Hour HAZWOPER Training plus annual 8-Hour Refresher Training).
