One of our signature pieces of equipment, the BioSqueeze 200 is a hydraulically operated press that separates waste into a digestible and a non-digestible fraction with high degree of efficiency and reliability.

In use at over 15 different biogas plants, the Fitec Self-Cleaning Digester prevents the build-up of contaminants in digester tanks, allowing for long-term, uninterrupted plant operation to maximize revenue. It produces digestate that exceeds the strictest global quality standards for residual contaminants, and can be land-applied or used in fertilizer manufacturing.

Modular and scalable to any sized application, the pasteurizing system is fully-automated and integrated into the heating system for the anaerobic digester. This unique efficiency significantly reduces operating costs.

Tired of paying huge replacement costs for other pumps that couldn’t handle hot, gritty material, Finsterwalder Umwelttechnik engineered a pump that is reliable, inexpensive to operate and specifically designed to work in biogas applications. Suitable for all types of flowable and largely homogenous sludge, these pumps are energy-efficient, extremely low wear and resistant to abrasion. Various drive modules are available, selected based on the individual needs of each project.
