Five Star Grout is the industry’s leading cement-based, nonmetallic, non-shrink grout for supporting machinery and equipment. Five Star Grout meets the performance requirements of ASTM C 1107-02 Grades A, B and C, ASTM C 1107-07, and CRD-C 621-93 specifications for non-shrink grout over a wide temperature range, 40°F – 90°F (4°C – 32°C).

Five Star Fluid Grout 100 is a cement-based, nonmetallic, precision, non-shrink fluid grout designed to support machinery and equipment in static or low vibratory conditions requiring precision grouts. It is formulated with Air Release technology, which enables product placement at a wide range of temperatures [40°F – 90°F (4°C – 32°C)] and at different water ratios while providing reliable and consistent in-place results with a 95% Effective Bearing Area (EBA) performance. It can be mixed from a plastic to a fluid consistency, increasing the ease of installation while providing compressive strengths as high as 10,000 psi (69 MPa) in 28 days. Perfect for tight clearance applications down to ½ in. (12 mm).

Five Star Novolac Structural Concrete is designed for aggressive chemical environments that may be exposed to concentrated acids, alkalis, corrosives or solvents.

Five Star NSG Grout is a cement-based, non-shrink, non-metallic grout ideal for general construction grouting applications. Five Star NSG Grout can be installed over a wide temperature range, 50°F – 90°F (10°C – 32°C) and can be mixed from dry pack to flowable consistency. It meets the performance requirements of specification ASTM C1107 and CRD-C 621 Grade B.
