FLR main air ducts are manufactured using the same high-grade timber as our floor products. They are supplied with optional hardwood or softwood frames and superior plywood cladding. Our ducts can be supplied in a variety of heights and made available to suit timber floors, above-floor and level-floor laterals, and boxes. Building dividers can be provided to connect from the duct walkway to the roof of the building, and we can also deliver tailor-made designs, including wide-end sections and walkway-mounted plenum chambers to house the fans.

FLR self-shedding walling is constructed using stress-graded timber with hardwood or softwood ply cladding. Wall storage heights range between 2.44 metres up to 3.66 metres or customized for higher crop fill. The walling is designed for maximum strength to accommodate level or surcharge fill, Double-sided walling is available to enable crop division.

Your main air duct, designed, manufactured and supplied by us is equipped with a gas test gauge (water manometer) model 257C. Its purpose is to provide you with a fast and easy method for checking that your fans, duct outlets and height of your stack are set up to the most efficient configuration for efficient drying and conditioning of your crop/woodchip.
