The Ascendant Series is a conventional cooling, active desiccant hybrid system, performance-optimized to deliver low dew points (down to 20°F) while minimizing tons of cooling input. The Ascendant Series operates with 25% to 50% less energy cost than conventional refrigeration-based dehumidification systems affirming FläktGroup® SEMCOTM’s goal of delivering the best indoor air quality and performance, while maximizing energy efficiency. The Ascendant Series is ideal for hospital operating rooms, archival and dry storage, hotel/condo buildings, and other applications requiring low dew point temperatures and supply air humidity levels as low as 15 grains. It operates without the need for exhaust heat recovery, a feature making it ideal for applications requiring 100-percent outdoor air when exhaust air is unavailable for collection.

The Pinnacle® Series, the most energy efficient DOAS, delivers outdoor air preconditioned to very low dewpoints, capable of handling all internal latent loads while supplementing space cooling and heating. It’s the only ventilation system you will ever need. This system is the most efficient system on the market today and features the highest performing energy recovery wheel, FläktGroup® SEMCOTM’s True 3Å wheel. The Pinnacle Series supplies preconditioned outdoor air to conventional HVAC systems, allowing these systems to effectively increase outdoor air percentages.

The FläktGroup® SEMCO®  ElitePro Air Handling Unit (AHU) compact design delivers high-quality air solutions, cost-effectively. This series offers versatile solutions for a wide range of applications like educational facilities, offices, public gathering locations, and more. ElitePro AHU`s capacities range from 2,000 to 25,000 CFM. This AHU  provides superior energy efficiency and can assist with humidity control. With configurations ranging from air handlers, make up air units, to economizers, the ElitePro adapts to your specific needs. The FläktGroup^® SEMCO^TM FreshAir Ventilator FV-T recovery module of outdoor air preconditioners has been specifically designed to be connected to the Trane^® Voyager^® rooftop air conditioner system. This addition reduces the energy required by Trane^® Voyager^® rooftop air conditioner system to cool or heat the outdoor air by as much as 80%. The FV-T preconditioner also allows the Trane^® Voyager^® rooftop air conditioner system to effectively and economically accommodate a three-to-four- fold increase in outdoor air quantities, which is recommended by the ASHRAE Standard 62, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality. This unique capability allows both new and existing buildings to benefit from healthy indoor environments.

The FläktGroup® SEMCOTM FreshAir Ventilator Coil Module (FV-CM) has been specifically designed to complement and attach directly to the FreshAir Ventilator series outdoor air pre-conditioner. This powerful combination provides an effective solution to ASHRAE Standard 62, providing an increase in the outdoor air quantity (5 to 20 CFM per person) without significantly increasing operating costs. The FV-CM Series offers several heating and cooling options. The cooling options include either chilled water or DX cooling coils. The heating options include hot water or electric coil.

The FläktGroup® SEMCOTM FreshAir Ventilator Series FV-TS outdoor air pre-conditioners has been specifically designed to reduce the energy required to heat or cool outdoor air by up to 80%. The FV-TS pre-conditioner allows the HVAC system to effectively and economically accommodate a three-to-four-fold increase in outdoor air quantities that is recommended by ASHRAE Standard 62, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality. This unique capability allows both new and existing buildings to benefit from a healthy indoor environment.

SEMCO manifolded ducts are pre-assembled duct and tap fittings custom built for you to allow you to install duct with fittings that are pressure tight with fewer field joints and without the hassle of a field-build installation requiring the additional laborious task of sealing the manifold. Exposed applications will be even more aesthetically pleasing with taps factory installed on spiral pipe manifolds. This product is eligible for AVRON46 coating which provides proven protection to HVAC air duct systems where mold and other fungi are of particular concern.
