Manual arm/reset and trip with no SCADA control. This Basic Component provides dry-contacts of the Sensor position only. This unit requires a user provided power source (DCV or ACV). In NEMA 4X Fiberglass enclosure 16X14 (standard - options available).

FL201-1, 2, 3, 4, or more - Provides open / closed Panel and SCADA control based solely upon the position of the Seismic Sensor. The valves are fully opened or fully closed by arming or tripping the sensor. FL201-11, 12, 13, 14 or more - Provides Panel and SCADA control to open and close valves and stop at intermediary positions when the Seismic Sensor is Armed. Variations are available.

FLOSAFE Flow Monitoring Safety System, a FLOLOC Patented System, may be added to any FLOLOC Seismic Controller. FLOSAFE only shuts valves when a break in the pipeline is detected in the minutes after a serious seismic event. This eliminates the problem of an unnecessary shutdown. It requires a second signal from a flow meter or other source in the line to initiate a valve shutdown in a seismic event.

FLOLOC manufactures both AC and DC motorized valve actuators under the name FLOPAK. These valve actuators are especially compact and powerful, providing more than 240 ft. Lbs of torque and which, through our unique mounting solution called `Quick-Release`, are attached to the valve`s manual operator without unsealing the valve`s internal mechanism and without invalidating the valve`s calibration. Appropriate for rotational valves as small as 4 inches. Because they are always used in conjunction with the valve`s manual operator, there is no upper size limit. Gear ratios of 11 RPM, 22 RPM and 44 RPM are available with 22 RPM the standard for seismically protected valves.
