FSP - Series Progressive Cavity Pumps is the main series of Flosys uses for most industrial, Petrochemical, Chemical, Waste Water, Municipal Sewerage application. These pumps are available in vide ranges of material of construction including Cast Iron, CF 8 ( AISI 304), CF8 M ( AISI 316) and Duplex Steel etc.

FSS – Series Progressive Cavity Pumps has been developed for using in Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Chemical Industries. Available in vide ranges of material including AISI 304, AISI 316 and have been designed to meet the highest standards of Hygiene, Sterilizing and cleaning with option or CIP ( Clean in place) port to ensure the effective cleaning the pumps.

FSH/W – Series Progressive Cavity pumps are specially designed to handle Non Newtonian fluids and the which has the difficulty in pumping or highly viscose or garter than 20,000 Cps. The pump Housing has the wide mouth (Hopper) to flow the liquid without any obstacle and the augur type coupling rod mounted inside the hopper gently push the liquid to the pumping element ( Rotor & Stator) for a trouble free and efficient pumping solution. Available in vide ranges of material of conduction AISI 304, AISI 316, Carbon Steel etc.

FSV – Series Progressive Cavity Pumps are known as Barrel Emptying or Vertical Sump Pump. These pumps are used in most of the industries including Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Chemical etc. Where high suction (low NPSH) are more concern. These pumps can be directly mounted inside a tank leaving the motor outside of any hazardous or corrosive environmental. These pumps are also used in other industries like food, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Cosmetics and malt etc for barrel emptying for hygiene applications. Material of constructions in Mild Steel, AISI 304, AISI 316 etc.

FSL – Series hygiene Lobe pumps have been specially developed to prevent product contamination and confined to the highest standards of hygiene, Sterilizing in Place (SIP)and Clean in place (CIP). The gentle pumping action minimize the shear and Crush damage to delicate liquid containing soft solids. The material of construction of pump is AISI 304, AISI 316.

FSG – Series Heady Duty Gear Pumps are robust design to handle all kind of viscose liquids including petroleum products from 1 Cst to 1,00,000 Cst for a continuous application. These pumps are generally Cast Iron material of construction with Single Helical Gear mounted Hardened and Grinded shaft with Bronze bushes.
