Skanderborg sewage treatment plant in Denmark, built for an equivalent of about 45,000 people, has replaced its two 20-year-old machines with new Flottweg decanters. As the old decanters were worn out and no longer achieved the required solids content, the sewage treatment plant decided to purchase new machines. Four years later, the sewage treatment plant remains satisfied with the performance of the machines and is impressed by the extensive service that Flottweg offers.
From April 7 to 13, 2025, Flottweg will once again be presenting its separation solutions for the mining, sand, and gravel extraction sectors at Bauma in Munich. Flottweg produces high-performance centrifuges specifically for the recovery of wash water and the dewatering of minerals – an effective, profitable, and space-saving technology. Flottweg can be found at booth 325 in hall C2.
