Flow-Liner - Sewer & Drain Cured-in-Place-Pipe
Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless rehabilitation and restoration used in the repair of existing pipes. CIPP lining uses a textile liner tube and a liquid resin.
Flow-Liner Divisions - Potable Water Solutions
Neofit+Plus - Potable Pipe Lining System
The NSF 61 approved Neofit®+Plus Potable Pipe Lining System is a non-invasive option for leaking underground water services with inside diameters from 1⁄2" to 2". The Neofit® expandable pressure pipe forms a continuous barrier between existing pipe and drinking water – ideal for Lead Replacement Programs. It can be installed in steel, copper, plastic and lead pipes, and in lengths up to 300ft. The smooth bore and thin-wall liner provides the same or increased flow capacity. Neofit®+Plus often only requires a single small access pit, saving yards, sidewalks, floors, and more, from demolition. The speedy Neofit®+Plus process allows for many installations a day and immediate return to service. Save 30-60% by ditching the traditional dig-&-replace method and upgrading to Neofit®+Plus, a proven solution with over 25 years’ experience.
Primus Line - Water Pipe Lining System
Water is a valuable resource as a basis of life, which requires sustainable use and our protection. Primus Line® guarantees a loss-free and secure conveyance of even the most-sensitive media, such as drinking water, contaminated or polluted liquids. Simultaneously, the composite pipe protects the old pipe from the inside against abrasive particles in the water and against corrosion. The process is based on a flexible high-pressure hose and a connecting technology, which has been developed specifically for this system. The extremely smooth inner coating, ideal flow characters and the optimized systems for high-,medium- and low-pressure requirements all make Primus Line® an economical choice for the rehabilitation of aging pipelines. Water authorities and network operators benefit from a sustainable and reliable operation and consistent revenue. ns.
Flow-Liner Glide - Lubricating Gel
Specially designed lubricating gel for use with Flow-Liner® materials for pipe, conduit and duct lining. This gel significantly reduces liner friction for efficient liner installation and cal tube use. The glide provides less mess and backs-pray with no oily residue. As with other Flow-Liner® materials, Flow-Liner Glide® is environmentally safe with non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-corrosive ingredients. Clear, Odorless and Biodegradable. Temperature Range from 20F to 190F. Glide evaporates, leaving no residue on liner.
Flow-Liner - Inspection Chamber
The 450 chamber provides easy access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance of private or residential sewer and drainage system. Because of the high quality PP raw material, the chamber can be installed in gardens, driveways and other paved areas subject to a suitably rated lid being used. In a well-designed sewer/drainage system, so-called Border chambers are installed at the boundary between the private and public sewer. The IC 450 is a perfect chamber for that application as it allows convenient service access in both directions. It is also useful as a Grease Trap Inspection Port, for example under the Fats, Oils and Grease (FOGS) Program.
Flow-Liner - Sizing Tool
The Flow-Liner Sizing Tool™ is a must-have tool for the pipe lining company. This inexpensive technology could potentially save thousands of dollars in missed sized liners. Easily adapts to existing pipe inspection cameras.
