The general purpose float leak switch provides reliable leak detection in and around secondary containment sumps and tanks with a 1A relay output. The flat body Valox leak sensor is ideal for placement in hard to reach interstitial areas with limited space. In the event of a leak, the foam polypropylene float will rise to signal the presence of unwanted liquid in the containment vessel. The leak detection switch is typically mounted flat on the bottom of the sump floor or secondary containment tank wall.

The general purpose flow controller accepts one flow sensor input, and provides one 16A relay for low-flow pump or process protection. The optional flash alarm brings attention to low-flow alarm conditions. Package this flow controller with our liquid or gas flow switch sensors.

APPLICATION: The general purpose AC or DC powered level controller displays engineering units with one 4-20 mA level transmitter and is offered in three configurations with optional two or four programmable relays and an isolated 4-20 mA repeater. Each relay can be configured on a single set point as a high or low level alarm, or latched on two set points for automatic fill or empty control in simplex or duplex modes. Select this panel mount controller for use with general purpose two or three-wire level transmitters. For field mount installation, add a single or double NEMA box.

The general purpose level controller displays engineering units with four 4-20 mA continuous level sensor inputs and 6 programmable relays. Select from one of three run configurations including multi-tank with 4 level sensor inputs and 4 relays; or pump control with 1 level sensor input and 6 relays for lift stations in simplex (one pump) or duplex (two pumps) level control modes; or differential level with 2 level sensor inputs and 4 relays for municipal screen or rake control. Relays can be configured on a single set point (high or low level alarm) or latched on two set points for automatic fill or empty pump or valve control with selectable time delay. The graphic LCD display indicates span and relay status for each input channel. The optional MicroSD card enables data-logging storage and retrieval.

The Smart Trak LM10 MultiPoint Fitting  is an adjustable fitting enabling users to install and adjust up to four Flowline level switches to any depth along the entire length of track. The fitting is typically applied in atmospheric day tanks, process vessels and small waste sumps. Select the appropriate track length based upon the application tank height and add one sensor car kit for each sensor to be installed on the track. Order the compact junction box for sensor power, relay and conduit termination.

The NEMA 4X alarm is compatible with Flowline round enclosures and is actuated with any Flowline level switch, flow switch or controller products.

The Single Point Level Fitting enables users to install a Flowline level switch through the top wall of the tank to a desired switch point. Offered in PVC, PP and PVDF materials, the fitting is generally applied in bulk storage tanks and waste sumps. Each fitting is built custom to user requirements.
