The Harben P type pump is a high pressure diaphragm pump capable of pressures up to 415 bar (6,000 psi) and flows to 72 l/min (16 gpm). It is available with 3, 4, 6 or 8 cylinders requiring from 10 to 50hp depending upon the pressure and flow configuration chosen.

Harben Century high pressure diaphragm pumps are capable of pressures up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) and flows to 135 l/min (30 gpm). They are available with 4 or 8 cylinders requiring from 30 to 150hp depending upon the pressure and flow configuration chosen.

The Harben Hi-Q high pressure diaphragm pump is capable of pressures up to 280 bar (4,000 psi) and flows to 100 l/min (22 gpm). They are available in a 4 cylinder format requiring up to 70 hp depending upon the pressure and flow configuration chosen.

The Aqua AHF215 triplex plunger pump is a high pressure direct acting pump capable of pressures up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi) and flows to 390 l/min (86 gpm). It is available with 16 plunger sizes and 4 gearbox ratios providing numerous pressure and flow combinations to suit all applications. Drive power can be diesel or electric and the gearbox is integral to the crankcase making the design extremely compact. We have several gearbox ratios available to suit different input speeds.

The Aqua AHF308 triplex plunger pumps is a high pressure direct acting pump capable of pressures up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi) and flows to 330 l/min (73 gpm). It is available with 16 plunger sizes and 4 gearbox ratios providing numerous pressure and flow combinations to suit all applications. Drive power can be diesel or electric and the gearbox is integral to the crankcase making the design extremely compact. We have several gearbox ratios available to suit different input speeds.

The Flowplant desilter trailer is based on the Harben® ‘P’ type radial piston pump. The Harben® pump uses a high pressure diaphragm which has the unique ability to pulse the high pressure water outlet. We call this system the ‘Jump Jet’ and no other pump can work like this. This Jump Jet pulses the desilting hose reducing the friction of the hose against the wall of the cable duct. This allows the desilting nozzle to travel long distances into the duct, unblocking as it goes.

The Flowplant Mini cable duct Desilter is a self contained and fully portable duct unblocking system. A flexible hose with special high pressure water jet gently removes blockages from small bore cable ducts. Passing new cable through duct 56 & 100 is the last step in the process of getting superfast fibre optic to households. This small jetting unit can significantly speed up the operation.

The Flowplant range of flushing units are compact, reliable and easy to operate. Powered by the Harben P type, Century or Aqua triplex pump they are capable of providing a flushing fluid pressure up to 1000 bar at ISO 4406 cleanliness code 15/14/12 (NAS 1638 Class 6). They are available with various configurations and drives to suit all environments.

Flowplant onshore flushing rigs are suitable for high pressure flushing umbilicals, pipework and components. Flushing flow comes from the Harben® P type or Century radial diaphragm pump, capable of operating up to 700 bar and flows of 150 l/min. Cleanliness standards of ISO 4406 15/14/12 (NAS 1638 Class 6), or better are achievable. Harben radial diaphragm pumps can handle flushing fluids that cause problems for other direct acting pumps. The Harben design keeps all moving parts away from the pumped fluid. It is also a seal-less design and it doesn’t rely on the pumped fluid for cooling or lubrication.
