External Gear Pump

Fluid-o-Tech - Magnet Drive Gear Pumps

The MG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps for high technology applications. The magnet drive principle provides a totally sealed pump chamber capable of handling a wide range of corrosive liquids with a high degree of safety. The housing of the pump and the internal metal parts are in AISI 316L stainless steel and the gears and bushings are available in PEEK™ or PTFE™. Other materials, as well as a range of driving magnets are available. NSF certified pumps for potable water or fluids for human consumption are also available. In operation the MG series pumps are noiseless, pulsation-free and able to handle relatively high temperature fluids up to 120°C (248°F) with low coefficient of expansion.

Fluid-o-Tech - Magnet Drive Gear Pumps

The MG series magnet drive gear pumps are compact precision performance pumps for high technology applications. The MG300 series is designed to provide an accurate and uniform delivery regardless of the fluid temperature.

Internal Gear Pump

Fluid-o-Tech - Positive Displacement Pump

The Fluid-o-Tech IG series positive displacement pump has been designed to handle viscous fluids with impurities in suspension and withstand temperatures up to 200°C (392°F) whilst delivering a smooth flow. Precise by design, they deliver accurate and repeatable performance, but also providing high pressure if required up to 18 bar (260 psi) . The flow rate ranges from 50 to 1550 l/h (13 to 410 GPH). The housing is in cast iron, with 1/4” GAS ports. The internal components in Hastelloy and Ceramic ensure a long trouble-free service life. The clamp mounting ensures ease of installation making it ideal for integration into OEM equipment and an engineered polymer coupling prevents thermal heat transfer to the motor.

Peristaltic Pump

Fluid-o-Tech - Peristaltic Pump

The Fluid-o-Tech peristaltic pump technology offers precision, total separation between pump and fluid and low costs to OEMs in many diverse industries. Key elements of the project are the elimination of the traditional gear box and a design which allows a fast tube change or a complete pump replacement, very quickly with minimal skills or tools. Fluid-o-Tech TP30 series peristaltic pumps, with a flow range from 50 to 800 ml/min and available with brush and brushless DC drives, offer outstanding suction performance and repeatability characteristics, lending themselves well to dosing applications. The tubing is the only material in contact with the medium can be quickly changed in preparation for new fluids. The pump head can be stacked to have a single trasmission-multichannel unit, higher flow or delivery of discrete fluid streams.

Rotary Vane Pump

Fluid-o-Tech - Positive Displacement Rotary Vane Pumps

The PO 4000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with stainless steel housings and with 1” GAS or NPT ports. The nominal flow rates range between 1000 and 2300 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 2700 l/h (720 GPH). Maximum discharge pressure is 18 bar (260 psi). This series mounts directly to widely available M80, M90 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.

Fluid-o-Tech - Positive Displacement Rotary Vane Pumps

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.

Fluid-o-Tech - Positive Displacement Rotary Vane Pumps

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.

Solenoid Pump

Fluid-o-Tech - Solenoid Pumps

The Mono series solenoid pumps are economical, compact and capable of developing high pressure. A piston within the pump oscillates at power line frequency. No additional motor or control is needed. For intermittent duty only. Pump flow rate is up to a maximum of 120 l/h (30 GPH), while the discharge pressure is up to a maximum of 14 bar (200 psi).

Electronic Valve

Fluid-o-Tech - On/Off Proportional Valves

DF Smart Valves from Dolphin Fluidics are 2-way medium separated On/Off and proportional valves for precision dosing, dispensing and mixing. DFSV integrates sensors capabilities and communication electronic enabling management, maintenance and fluidics performance data collection remotely. Our valve is the smartest, cleanest, lightest, smallest and most efficient solution to proportionally control flow. Each device can be fully customized according to application needs, in terms of interfaces, fluidics performance and electronic control.

Thermostatic Valve

Fluid-o-Tech - Mixing Valve

The NiTea is a mixing valve for professional coffee machines capable of delivering hot water for the preparation of infusions at the desired temperature and with a high degree of accuracy and stability. The system is able to mix the hot water coming from the boiler and the cold water coming from the water network passively, without any power supply, delivering the mixed water always at the perfect temperature. The valve can behave in a reactive way thanks to an actuator with shape memory material that varies mixing ratio by compensating any possible fluctuation of the working conditions. By setting the brewing temperature the system can meet the needs of the most demanding users without increasing the complexity of the traditional hydraulic circuit of the machine.
