An internal rotary gear pump is a positive displacement pump that employs a rotor and idler gear assembly to generate its flow. The assembly is offset, using a crescent adjacent to the inner gear, all within an outer gear. As the rotary gear pumps drive the idler gear pump, the space caused by the crescent offsetting the gear pump and the meshing of the gear teeth displaces the fluid, expelling it to the discharge port.

Model “FTX” having Single helical shrink fitted gear pair and hardened and grind finished shaft. Ultra bronze sintered bushes ensured smooth running. It is perfectly designed and construction which increase life of pump and performance of pump. The suction and delivery connections are available in 1/4" to 1 ½" size. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 2.5 LPM to 125 LPM flow capacity. These pumps are designed to run at 1440 RPM and suitable liquid up to viscosity of 1,00,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.

Model “FTMS” having all stainless steel (SS-316) in four piece construction with investment cast. Due to four piece construction it can be easily cleanable and maintainable. These pumps having a double helical refined SS-316 gear shaft that are nitrated to give longer life. Due to Double halical gear it prevent axial and side thrust which help to increase life & performance of pump. The teflon coated dry running DU bush bearing, supported on bronze wearing plate, placed inside the pump casing, alternatively bronze wearing plate cum bushes can also be provided for thicker viscous liquid application.

Model “FTNX/FTBX” is modified version of Model “FTRN/FTRB” to achieve high pressure. These pumps having doubled helical finished gears and hardened & ground shafts. Due to double helical gear it prevent axial load and side thrust which help to increase life and performance of pump. Model “FTBX” is a bush bearing type pump which can be used for viscous liquid having sufficient lubricating value for intermittent duty; however for continuous duty pump have needle roller bearing in Model “FTNX” and it will be selected for liquid having low viscosity, power lubricating values.

Model “FTCP” having simple two pieces Cast Iron construction which is spur profile carton steel gears shrunk fitted on alloy steel hardened of grind inished shaft as gear firmly supported 4 nos. of self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearing which ensure smooth running. These pumps can be run in either direction with change in inlet-outlet port position. Due to the design of Model “FTCP” Pumps give pressure up to 15 kg/cm² and maximum temperature 80ºC. Suction and delivery available in this model is only 1/2".

Model “FTGM” having bronze cast construction of pump casing and SS 316 construction of gear & shaft, that are nitrated to give long life and trouble free performance. Construction of gear is double helical which prevent axial load and side thrust. The sealing is done with “GFO” pack Teflon which gives zero leakages. The suction & delivery connection are available in 1" only. These pump operate up to maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm² with maximum temperature up to 200°c.
