FluoroSeal Non-Lubricated, Sleeved Plug Valves incorporate state-of-the-art PTFE fluorocarbon seat design. With little required maintenance and trouble-free operation, a high integrity bubble-tight seal is provided both in-line and to atmosphere. FluoroSeal Inc. has developed the Severe Service (FE) Sleeved Plug Valve for tight emission control in more demanding applications. This valve is intended for applications in processes involving thermal cycling or a high number of mechanical operations. This compact but robust package is based on the standard FluoroSeal Sleeved Plug Valve design combined with other proven seal technologies.

FluoroSeal Lined Plug Valves use high precision investment casting method for all major pressure holding components. The standard base model offers: Carbon Steel body, plug and cover (ASTM A216 Gr. WCB). Low porosity PFA. Perfluoroalkoxy) as standard liner. All cast parts have an acrylic based coating prior to lining for added protection from corrosion attack due to permeation.

FluoroSeal lined ball valves have straight-through flow providing positive shutoff with minimal pressure drop and flow turbulence. With the ball independent of the stem, the ball has some freedom to move along the axis of the valve in the closed position, while having no freedom to rotate against the stem. When line pressure is applied to the closed ball, it moves slightly downstream to maintain contact with the downstream seat where primary sealing occurs. Lined ball valves can generally be installed without regard for flow direction, and are ideally suited for automation as they feature an ISO mounting pad. FluoroSeal’s standard fully PFA lined ball valve utilizes a ductile iron body housing with stainless steel ball and stem cores.

FluoroSeal FluoroSeal one and two piece cast floating ball valves are available in both standard and full port designs. These valves provide reliable and long lasting service life in a broad range of difficult and demanding applications.

Due to its specially contoured disc profile, the FluoroSeal fully PFA-lined butterfly valve offers high flow rates with minimal pressure drop throughout the entire range of disc rotation. Positive, bubble tight, bi-directional shut off is assured due to the elastomeric energized seat. With a standard live-loaded stem seal, tight control of fugitive emissions to atmosphere is maintained in both high cycle applications and those applications with temperature gradients. An engineered atmospheric seal at the stem prevents the ingress of foreign material into the packing chamber. Low operating torque is achieved via precision shaft bearings in combination with the spherical seat design.

FluoroSeal® High Performance Butterfly Valves (HPBV) offer outstanding performance in a wide variety of applications in chemical processing, refining, pulp and paper, ethanol, gas separation, desalination, mining, utility, and many other industries. Because of their cost effective, yet robust design FluoroSeal High Performance Butterfly Valves often out-perform other valves by offering long term positive bi-directional shut-off in both control as well as on-off applications.

The FluoroSeal pneumatic rack and pinion actuators are designed, developed, and tested by FluoroSeal and incorporate the latest in technology and materials available on the market today. Thorough product and market research combined with over two decades of valve design and manufacturing, results in the highest quality actuators available. All actuators conform to ISO 5211, DIN 3337, and VDI/VDE 3845 for product interchangeability and ease of solenoid, limit switch and accessory mounting.

FluoroSeal FMO-C series declutchable override gear box were specially designed used for butterfly valve, ball valve and plug valve together with pneumatic actuators. This device allows for manual operation during installation, system testing and in the event of a supply air-failure.
