The Crocodile Dewatering System by HEGER is designed for separation of liquids from solid waste. A performance oriented machine concept with robust engineering drive design technology. The Crocodile has an output-drivin design with ease of operation. While delivering high efficiency the Crocodile Dewatering System resonates low operation and maintenance costs. The Crocodile system comes in four sizes for the various needs of processing.

TIGER 130 compactor / densifier with built in grinding teeth on screw. Produces a continuous log of compacted EPS, XPS or Styrofoam. Log dimensions: 130 x 130 mm (5-1/8` x 5-1/8`). Small footprint: 22` x 105` (with optional log holder). Throughput per hour: 22 - 33 lbs or 1.5 - 2 cubic yards of loose EPS packaging.

LION 200 - 1000 compactor / densifier with 1000 mm (39.4`) wide Pre-Breaker. Produces a continuous log of compacted foam plastic. Log dimensions: 210 x 210 mm (8-1/4` x 8-1/4`). Small footprint: 44` x 180` (with optional log holder). Throughput per hour: 100 - 130 lbs or 7 - 8.5 cubic yards of loose packaging.

Shiuh-Chuan manufacturers the `AV` and `CE` lines of EPS/EPE foam shape molding machines. Mold plate sizes range from 750 x 1050 mm up to 1450 x 1900 mm.
