PILFER PROOF closures are our flagship product which we have been producing for many years. These closures are used by the following industries: spirits, wine, beverage, food and pharmaceutical sectors. PILFER PROOF closures are manufactured only from premium-quality materials. Only tried and tested seals and dispensers are used to supply our clients with high-quality products. Our products comply with the requirements linked to articles intended to come into contact with food, which has been confirmed with tests for end-products in compliance with the applicable EU legislation. The closures can be supplied in a standard finishing and colour assortment or they can be manufactured according to client specifications.

Our product portfolio also includes PILFER PROOF PREMIUM closures. These are aluminium closures with a plastic threaded insert. Closures of this type make the packaging more aesthetically pleasing and make it look more prestigious. These closures have many advantages, one of which is the flat and uniform surface of the closure, without a visible thread. This solution makes it easier to decorate the closures, both on the bottom and on the top section. PILFER PROOF PREMIUM closures come in a wide variety of sizes and colours. They can be supplied finished with offset printing or screen printing. A surprint can also be made using paint visible under UV light on a selected surface section of the closure.

GPI closures produced by our company are used mainly by the spirits industry. These are smooth aluminium closures with a threaded plastic insert which can be additionally fitted with a safety ring seal. Closures of this type are perfectly suited for exclusive alcohol beverages and mineral water. They are available in various sizes, colours and can be finished with offset printing. A surprint can also be made using paint visible under UV light. GPI closures can also feature printing on the seal. It is possible to use embossing primarily on the face of a closure with the additional option of varnishing of the printed graphics or text. Our products can also be finished with hot stamping.

We have introduced DROP-STOP CLOSURES to cater for the requirements of the food and beverage industries. This solution is perfect for all types of syrups, concentrated juices, oils and olive oils. This type of closure protects the bottle finish with a spill limiter, which prevents the spillage of viscous and oily liquids. The special shape of the plastic insert inside the closure prevents the liquid from spilling by returning it to the bottle, giving the bottle an aesthetic appearance. DROP-STOP CLOSURES come in the following sizes: 28mm x 21-60 mm and 31.5 mm x 24-60 mm. Our closures are manufactured from certified materials and comply with the requirements linked to articles intended to come into contact with food, which has been confirmed with tests for end-products in compliance with the applicable EU legislation.

Our TWIST–OFF closures are used in the food industry where the pasteurisation (up to +100ºC) or sterilization (from 100ºC to 121ºC) processes are used. Our production line from 2009 enables us to manufacture superior-quality closures at exceptionally high production output. The raw materials used provide the manufactured with exceptional durability, even when exposed to high concentrations of acid or salt solutions. The company headquarters house a laboratory equipped with the most up-to-date control devices that simulate conditions to which products will be subjected, as this type of quality monitoring ensures suitable production control.

For the production of closures, we use dispensers and seals made exclusively from the best-quality certified materials. The seals we use include EPE, SARANEX, TIN SARAN and SVELON. Our seals and dispensers comply with the requirements linked to articles intended to come into contact with food, which has been confirmed with tests for end-products in compliance with the applicable EU legislation. The use of dispensers in aluminium closures prevents the liquids from spilling and eliminates the possibility of refilling the bottle, which is of key importance in the spirits industry. Depending on the type of bottle and liquid inside it, our engineering technicians will supply the bottle with suitable seals and dispensers. If an unusual solution is required, we are always happy to come up with a design meeting all the specifications. Our long-standing experience means that we enjoy the trust of our clients in relation to the dispensers and seals used in our products.

One of the finishing methods we use on closures is offset printing. A roller assembly distributes the paint by applying it onto a printing plate and then onto the printed surface. With the “wet-on-wet” method, the surface is printed over, varnished and then placed in a drying oven. Depending on the project, our closures can be finished with practically anything: lettering, patterns, bands, etc. The printing can have either a glossy or matte finish.

Our closures can also be finished with screen printing, i.e. a printing technique where meshes of different dimensions are used to transfer ink onto a substrate. This technique ensures very good coverage. We use screen printing to apply various types of lettering and small decorative elements. Screen printing makes the printing very clear and distinctive. Our closures can be finished with UV resistant paint, relief printing and pearl printing.

As we put great emphasis on the finishing standard of our products, for some time now we have been using various types of pearl varnishes, which provide closures with a unique and exclusive look. This type of decorative finishing is used most often in the spirits industry to emphasize the uniqueness of the packaging and of the product itself. Our engineering technicians can match or create practically every colour specified by a client.

Metallizing is the most interesting and the most noticeable decorative technique. It is performed by applying layers of metal onto the surface of aluminium closures using vacuum. This results in the creation of a smooth, mirror-like layer which significantly increases the visual qualities of a closure, making it look exclusive. We can supply our clients with metallized closures finished in different colours and patterns.
