Fogco is a leading provider of misting fans, systems, and pumps for residential and commercial use. The Revolution® WindChill Patio Cooling Mist Fans represent the latest innovation from Fogco Systems, Inc. The unit provides a focused air stream that carries the fog and adds to the fans cooling capability.

The Revolution misting fan is the flagship of the Desert Fog Fan product range. Due to its unique design, it provides improved evaporative cooling and humidification. By including a horizontal deflector plate, the fan can produce a more uniformed distribution of the fog and improved absorption of the moisture.

The Evolution is designed for effective climate control for smaller areas with restricted clearance for the fog. The misting fan is suitable for cooling, humidification, and limited dust control applications and provides 250 cfm using .23 amps at 115V. The mist fan covers up to 1000 sq. ft. or 10,000 cu. ft. The ‘cannon’ design of the Standard Evolution and the internal guide fins produce a strong and focused air stream which projects the fog up to 50 feet from the unit making it ideal for low ceiling applications.

The EX 360 Pole is part of the ‘extreme’ EX FogCannon Range. It comes on a pole and is designed for use in outdoor dust control applications. The unit will provide up to a 360′ throw. The EX 360 comes with a 40 hp fan motor, a 15 hp pump motor, a triple-zone 60 nozzle fog crown with 180 – .15 GPM nozzles. The unit is able to produce from 10 GPM to 30 GPM depending on which zones are being used. The unit includes Auto Oscillation.

The LD 100 Trolley is the smallest of the two Light Duty units that come on a 2 wheel trolley.   It is designed for dust control use both indoors and outdoors.  The unit will provide up to 100′ throw. The unit comes with a 4 hp fan motor, a 3 hp motor/pump, a 27 nozzle fog ring and produces 7 gpm. Product features include a powder coated stand and trolley with heavy duty off road tires; a solid steel cannon with high efficiency vent and air flow straighteners, and a stainless steel fog ring with 27 o-ring sealed stainless steel fog nozzles. The unit has several available options including Remote Control, Auto Oscillation with a proprietary magnet-set oscillation function, and an Electric Inlet Valve. The unit requires 480V power with 11 FLA.

The LD 50 Portable is the smallest FogCannon available in the Light Duty range.  It is designed for dust control use in limited areas both indoors and outdoors.  The unit will provide up to 50′ throw. The unit comes with a .75 hp motor pump and is available with a 10 nozzle  or 27 nozzle fog ring producing 1 gpm and 2.25 gpm respectively. The unit requires 230V/1 Ph power and 7 FLA.

The HD 160 Pole is the smallest of the Heavy-Duty units and comes pole mounted on a reinforced steel base. It is designed for dust control use both indoors and outdoors. The unit will provide up to 160′ throw. The HD 160 comes with a 7.5 hp fan motor, a 3 hp pump motor, a dual-zone 36 nozzle fog crown with 72 – .17 GPM nozzles. The unit is able to produce from 6 GPM to 12 GPM depending on which zones are being used. The unit includes Auto Oscillation and a programmable PLC allowing for multiple operating modes.

The direct drive range of 1000 psi mist pumps are medium duty outdoor rated units designed to run for 8 hours per day, seven days a week under normal operating conditions. This range is ideal for light to medium duty misting applications where price and value are the primary considerations. This range includes thermal protection for the motor and for the solenoid valve branch circuit.

The 60 Hz pulley drive mist pumps are industrial duty outdoor rated pumps designed for 24/7 use under normal operating conditions. This range is ideal for industrial and commercial applications where quality and durability are the primary considerations.

When it comes to controlling the humidity in your facility, the team at FOGCO is always here to give you the tools you need to get the job done. With the Air Injection Control Box from FOGCO, you will have full control of humidification levels. This box allows you to produce dry fog with superior atomization. The integrated FOGCOntroller II humidity controller and the electric air and water valves automate the operation of the entire system. The adjustable air and water regulators and corresponding panel mount gauges provide precise control of the humidity system output. The FOGCOntroller II microprocessor will maintain the required humidity levels based on the programmable settings. The controller can also stagger the start and stop of the air and water lines to ensure ideal atomization.
